基于区域基质的城市设计研究

【摘要】 经济全球化和信息技术网络化带来了城市文化的国际化和城市空间与形态的趋同，从而导致城市出现“文化危机”、“特色危机”和“精神危机”。面对这种困惑，城市规划师和城市设计师都在探索：城市该如何走其特色之路?基于地理学城市与区域关系理论，城市的特色源于其区域母体的遗传和培育；基于景观生态学斑块——廊道——基质模式，城市的特色源于其区域基质的滋养和渗透。因此可以说城市的物质空间形态是其背景基质条件的物化载体。区域视觉基及区域抽象基与城市意象元素之间存在着一种直接的或间接的转换关系。城市的物质要素在本质上是城市及区域的自然条件、发展肌理、历史文脉、民俗风情等隐形要素的显性表达，是在区域基质中培育出的特定的物化空间形态。区域基质必然与其存在着一种隐含、暗示或转化的关系。基于区域基质条件的城市设计过程是区域基质条件与城市物质空间形态的一种转化过程。因此，基于区域基质的城市设计的操作模式及其结构也呈现出一种新的运行状态，包括城市设计的总体构想、城市社会文化环境设计和城市形体环境设计。本文首先介绍了城市设计的内涵、城市设计理念的发展过程及未来趋势，并在第二部分引入地理学城市与区域关系理论、景观生态学的斑块——廊道——基质模式及新区域地理的“地方性理论”，进一步探索基于区域基质条件的城市设计的结构模式，为第三部分的实证研究提供理论支持。基于区域基质的城市设计的实证分析，探讨了吉林省集安市的总体城市设计，提出了集安市城市设计的总体构想，城市社会文化环境设计及其城市形体环境设计，为集安市的特色建设提供了对策及建议。本文提出了在区域基质视角下的城市设计的总体结构及其操作模式，同时对集安市的区域基质进行了全面的、客观的分析，并对集安市的特色建设提出了相应的对策及建议，具有较强的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economic globalization and the information technology integration have brought internationalization of city culture and assimilation of city space and figure, which lead to "culture crisis" , "characteristic crisis" and "consciousness crisis" in the city. Facing to this confusion, city planners and city designers are always researching: which style can the city be?The overall city design is between the overall city planning and concrete streets design.Based on the theory of the relationship between city and region, the character of city comes from the breeding and heritage of the region; based on bio-landscape theory, characteristic of city comes from permeation of the region. The basic conditions of the region roots in the figure of the city physical space.There is a direct or indirect exchange relationship among visual -matrix and abstract-matrix and image element of the city. The physical elements that make up the city are visual expression of the invisible elements, such as the natural-condition, developing mechanism, history process, and custom in cities and regions. There is an implicit and exchange relationship between region’ s background and the physical elements.Urban design process that bases on the basic condition of region is a exchange process of the basic condition of region and the figure of the city physical space. Then, operation modal and it’s structure of urban design have taken on a new running condition, including the overall idea of urban design, environmental design of the city social culture and city figure.This paper introduces the connotation of city design, developing process and tendency of city design idea. Secondly, it researches the structure model of city design, which bases on the geography theory about the relationship between city and region, and patch-corridor-matrix model of bio-landscape. It provides theoretical support for the practice research in the third sector.From the practical analysis of the city design, this paper discuses the overall city design of JiAn City, JiLin province, and brings up the overall idea, the environmental design of city social culture and city figure for JiAn City, and provide suggestion for it’ s city characteristic.Author brings up the overall structure and the operation model of city design in the view of the city background, and analysis JiAn City’ s background comprehensively and objectively, and provides countermeasure and suggestion for the JiAn City’ s characteristic construction.
