基于TRIZ的技术进化理论研究及工程应用

【摘要】 随着全球性竞争日趋激烈,对新一代产品有效而迅速地开发成为竞争中强有力的武器。本文重点研究如何预测未来技术的发展及如何快速开发新一代产品。为此,在对TRIZ中技术进化理论进行了深入研究的基础上,提出了十种进化模式,总结了23条进化路线,并以国内的蝶阀技术现状为背景,研究了蝶阀密封结构的进化过程,提出了改进方案。全文主要研究工作和结论可总结为以下四个方面: 1.基于TRIZ的技术进化理论研究 通过对DE的八种进化模式进行分析,然后结合Petrov的技术进化定律中的已有系统改进定律,从实用性的角度对技术进化按结构、时间、功能、可控性及理想化进行分类,总结出十种进化模式,简单实用,指明了技术系统进化的一般方向。 2.应用技术进化理论的方法研究 技术进化模式及进化路线本身就是问题求解的搜索方向,按照归纳的进化模式和进化路线来搜索可行解。设计者从问题出发,首先选择一种或多种与系统相关的进化模式,其次在进化模式下选择进化路线,之后在进化路线下寻找产品目前的状态,及可能移动到的新结构状态,参照已有的工程实例,确定在新的结构状态下产品的工作原理,该工作原理即为问题的解。这一过程形成了基于技术进化理论的产品设计概念模型。 3.软件开发 以VC++6.0为平台开发出产品概念创新设计软件——Invention Tool的技术进化模块。该模块以归纳出的进化模式和进化路线作为理论基础,包括典型的工程实例,实现了数据库检索,为用户快速、准确地定位解决问题的原理和实例,提供用户产品设计的最佳方案,大大缩短了产品开发周期,降低产品开发费用。 4.蝶阀密封结构分析 应用技术进化理论对蝶阀密封结构的进化进行了分析,并提出了两种改进设计方案:磁场作用密封蝶阀和泡沫材料蝶板的蝶阀,为蝶阀的密封结构提出了新的工作原理,得到了石家庄阀门一厂的认可。
【Abstract】 As global competition becomes more fierce, effective and efficient development of new generations of products is the mighty weapon in the competitive struggle. This thesis concerns how the manufacturers forecast the impending technology and develop the next generations rapidly. Therefore, based on a thorough study on the theory of technology evolution in TRIZ, ten patterns of evolution are presented and twenty-three paths of evolution are summarized. The evolution process of butterfly valve’s seal structure is analyzed based on the background of the home-produced butterfly valve’s technology. The main researches and contributions are the following:1. Researching on the theory of technology evolution based on TRIZBy analyzing DE’s eight patterns of evolution and then combining Petrov’s laws of evolution of technology system, the evolution of technology is classified according to the structure, time, function, controllability and idealization from the point of view of practicality. Ten patterns of evolution is summarized, which are simply and applied, and direct the general trend of technology system.2. Researching on the method for the application of theory of technology evolution Patterns of evolution and paths of evolution are the searching paths for solving the problem.According to the summarized patterns of evolution and paths of evolution to search, the solution is obtained. Firstly designers start with problem, and select one or more patterns of evolution related the system, and then select included paths of evolution. Secondly designers determine the state-of-art of product in the selected paths of evolution. Finally referring to the engineering examples, designers decide the new principle of the product, which is the solution of problem. The process forms the conceptual model of products based on theory of technology evolution.3. Developing softwareThe module of patterns of technology evolution in the InventionTool is developed by using VC++ 6.0. It bases on the theory of advanced patterns of evolution and paths of evolutionand includes representative engineering examples. It offers the function of search based on data for operator to find the best solution of the problem rapidly and correctly, which shortens the cycle of product development and reduces the expenses of the product development.4. Analyzing the seal structure of butterfly valveThe evolution process of butterfly valve’s seal structure is analyzed in detail by using the theory of technology evolution. Two improved design blueprints are advanced: magnetic field seal butterfly valve and foam plastic butterfly valve, which obtain the ratification of the factory of ShiJiaZhuang valve.
