公理设计理论及其软件开发

【摘要】 设计理论为设计活动提供了理论依据,指导设计者进行设计,提高工作效率,缩短开发时间,提高产品的性能,能够更好地满足用户的需求。只有最大限度的满足用户需求的产品和企业才能在市场竞争中取得胜利。 公理设计理论将设计问题可分为4个设计域:用户域、功能域、结构域和工艺域,以两条设计公理作为评判设计优劣的依据。公理设计理论给设计者提供了一种在设计初期建立自己设计思路的工具。公理设计把产品设计过程标准化为通用的设计框架,指导设计者进行正确设计决策。 本文以公理设计为理论依据,应用公理设计理论设计框架,通过功能域和结构域之间的映射变换,完成产品的功能结构分解以及功能独立性和设计分解一致性的分析,得到产品的等级结构模型,和各个组成部分之间的相互影响关系。在产品的设计过程中,如果设计结果不满足功能独立性或者设计分解一致性要求,通过分析功能要求和设计参数之间的详细影响关系,确定设计冲突,引入TRIZ理论解决设计冲突,满足设计要求。这种方法结合了两种设计理论的优点,取长补短,可以更快、更好地完成设计。 开发公理设计的专用软件,用公理设计—面向对象的软件设计方法进行软件分析,建立软件的组成等级结构以及软件组成之间的相互关系和操作,用流程图表述软件的设计顺序,并用对象、类等概念描述软件组成,应用C++编码实现软件的功能。公理设计软件建立了公理设计框架,指导设计者正确进行设计决策,并且自动判断设计结果的功能独立性和设计分解一致性。 应用开发的公理设计软件从概念设计的角度将闸阀分解为四级,闸阀组成部件均可以和分解后的叶设计参数一一对应,分解的结果满足公理设计理论,从而证明闸阀的结构是合理的。根据完整设计矩阵,分析叶设计参数之间的影响关系,确定出闸阀设计的顺序。
【Abstract】 The design theory provides theoretic basis for the design activities and guides designers to get the good design that can reduce the developing time, improve the work efficiency and the performance of the product. The enterprise only mostly satisfying the custom needs can win in the competition.The design problem can be divided into four domains: the customer domain, the functional domain, the physical domain and process domain in axiomatic design. The two axioms are applied to evaluate the proposed design. Axiomatic design provides designers with the tool which can help designer to construct the design notion in the early of design. Axiomatic design generalizes the design process of the design frame that guides designers to make correct decision.The thesis discusses the design process based on axiomatic design. The designer goes through a process whereby he/she can zigzags between domains-functional, physical, completes the decomposition and judges the independence of function and the consistency of decomposition. If the design doesn’t satisfy the function independence or the consistency of decomposition, contradictions are identified through analyzing the interactions between FRs and DPs. Then TRIZ is applied to solve contradictions to meet the design demands. This method combines the advantages of these two theories.The thesis introduces the development of the software for axiomatic design. The hierarchy, interface, operation and flow chart of software can be built by analyzing the software with Axiomatic-object oriented method. Then the models of the software are translated into the notion of object oriented and programmed with VC++ 6.0. This software can aid designers to make correct decision by building the decision-making environment. And it also can judge the independency and consistency of the decomposition automatically.The thesis discusses the analysis of valve with the developed software. The valve is decomposed into four levels form the view of conceptual design. All of the components of valve can be corresponding to each of leaf DPs. The structure of valve is reasonable. The design consequence of valve can be rebuilt by analyzing the full design matrix.
