【摘要】 本文在中医基础理论的指导下，探讨良性前列腺增生症的中医病因病机，并从实验和理论角度对四妙丸治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效及机理进行了初步的研究。指出湿热是良性前列腺增生症发病过程中一个不可忽视的重要环节。四妙丸药少力专，药性平妥，疗效稳定，功用清热祛湿；是治疗湿热下注的代表方剂。实验研究表明：四妙丸可以显著降低前列腺增生性大鼠的前列腺湿重及前列腺指数，病理切片也显示四妙丸对间质水肿及腺腔外平滑肌增生有明显的改善作用，提示四妙丸对前列腺增生有一定的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the guidance of the theory of TCM, this paper probed mainly into the reason and pathogenesis of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), and made a initial research for the curative effect and theorem of Simiao Pellet remedying BPH in experiment and theory. Damp-heat was thought a very important nosogenetic factor in the course of BPH. Simiao Pellet is coming from CHENG FANG BIAN DU, and have the function of reducing heat and resolving dampness. It is the representative formula in descending of damp-heat. The experiment indicated that Simiao Pellet obviously decreased the prostatic wet weight and the prostatic index of the rats with BPH, lowered the testosterone levels in plasma. The photos of pathology also indicated that Simiao Pellet had obviously effect in improving the edema in prostate spaces and the hyperplasia of the smooth muscle out of the prostate cavity.It is suggested that Simiao Pellet is useful in treating BPH.更多还原
