网络教育计费管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 建设项目全寿命周期的集成化管理一直是建设行业信息化研究的关键问题。集成化管理能够将孤立的应用连结成一个整体,消除项目参与方之间内部数据的矛盾及冗余,使项目信息和信息处理具有充分的及时性、准确性、一致性和共享性。及时发现项目中存在的问题,以达到降低成本,加快工程进度,提高工程质量的目的。本文所提出的项目集成管理系统(Project Integrated Management System,PIMS)是作者在参考国际上大量相关文献的基础上,结合自身在工程项目管理领域的理论研究和实际工作体会提出的。PIMS是在虚拟组织环境下应用于全寿命周期建设项目的一种管理系统。这种建设项目管理系统将具有很大的弹性和兼容性,使得工程项目的参与各方均可以通过其建立、实施和管理自己的各项工作。本论文主要内容:1. 分析了建筑行业信息化、信息集成的概况及研究成果,在此基础上阐述了本课题的必要性、意义和论文研究的理论基础和技术基础。2. 分析了全寿命周期建设项目和项目集成管理的内涵3. 提出PIMS的逻辑体系结构和物理结构,并对子功能模块进行划分、定义。4. 运用面向对象的分析方法进行项目信息模型分析。5. 分别论述PIMS的数据层、应用层和用户层的结构和工作机制6. 探讨PIMS的外部支撑,重点研究集成系统实施的外部组织环境支撑,并对开发PIMS的相关技术进行评述。
【Abstract】 The integrated management of the whole life cycle of construction project is always the key problem of the research on construction informationization. It links the isolated applications into a unity to resolve the redundancy and contradictory of participant’s data and it will result in good behavior on punctuality, accuracy, consistence and share of data. The administrative staff can find the question existing in the project in time, which enables us to reduce costs, accelerate the project progress and improve project quality.The below mentioned project integrated management system (PIMS) is proposed based on numerous relevant international documentations as well as the theoretical research and the working experience of the author in her study of project management. PIMS is a kind of management system witch is applied for the all life cycle project under the environment of virtual organization. This project management system possesses high flexibility and compatibility. It enables all participants in the project to set up, carry out, and manage their own work.The contents of this thesis as following:1. After analyzing the process of the information development in construction, the general cases of integration and the research results, the background, necessity of this project and the research foundation of this thesis are expounded.2. analyzing the intension of all life-cycle construction project and project integrated management3. Putting forward logical system architecture and physical structure of PIMS, as well as dividing and defining the sub-function modules4. Using the object-oriented method to carry on the project information model analysis5. Describing separately the structure and working mechanism of the three layers in PIMS6. Investigating the outside supports of PIMS, which is majored in outside organization environment and introduction of relevant technologies.
