【摘要】 基础教育质量的提高和改革是近年来各国基础教育发展中普遍关注的问题。本文就欧盟三国提高基础教育质量的评估机制进行研究，首先探讨了教育质量评估热潮在欧洲兴起的国际背景，在此基础上选取了英国、德国和法国这三个在基础教育质量评估机制的实施方面比较成熟的国家，对它们的基础教育质量评估机制的形成背景、实际做法、各自特点进行了介绍和分析，归纳出欧盟三国在基础教育质量评估机制方面的共同特征，以及和我国相比存在的相异点。最后对建立我国基础教育质量评估机制提出几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The improvement and reform in basic education has arisen around the world recently. This essay analyses the evaluation system to improve the quality in basic education in European Union. It chooses England, Germany, and France as the study subjects. The study introduces the historic backgrounds, status quos and features of quality evaluation system in basic education in these three countries. In its inclusion, the study explains the similarities and differences between these systems, on account of their respective history, tradition and culture. In the end , the author puts forward some concrete suggestions on building our quality evaluation system in basic education .更多还原
