【摘要】 海港选址是一种跨学科、综合性很强的研究性工作，在沿海地区区域规划和城市总体规划中占有重要地位。当今国际航运业“船舶大型化”、“货物集装化”等发展态势，对河口港城市的深水港建设提出更新、更高的要求，深水港选址因而成为许多河口港城市国民经济和社会发展中的热点问题。目前对福州深水港选址的研究和实践中，无论是原有的八大港区比选方案还是现有的“一城四港”方案，都存在着明显的不足。 港址选择所涉及的内容很多，除考虑港址自身的自然、技术、经济条件外，更需要对其进行区域经济地理比较，进行区域乃至城市范围内的港址选择。本文以此为理论指导，主要从地理学的学科视角，分析河口港城市形成和发展过程中的特点，总结山国内外河口港城市深水港建设的主要模式；探究福州港的地域演进与发展并考察其深水港选址的历程；重点论述现有方案所存在的问题；最终提出福州东洛近陆岛港新方案，并对新方案的选址条件和总体规划、设计做出探讨。作者衷心希望作为一种有益的尝试，本文能为当前福州深水港选址提供一种新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Port site selection is a comprehensive and interdisciplinary research, playing an essential role in regional planning and urban overall planning of coastal areas. As the international shipping industry develops rapidly, such as "cargos containerization", "large-scale ships", etc. it calls for constructing more and better deep-water ports in river-costal-port cities, hence site selection of the deep-water ports has become a hot issue in economic and social development in river-costal-port cities. Up to now, the study and practice on site selection of Fuzhou’s deep-water port have evident shortcomings in both the original 8 contrast-select plans and the present "four ports in one city" plan.What involves in the site selection of a port is not only to consider the natural, technological and economic conditions of the port site, but also to compare with regional economic geography methods, make selection considering regional and even urban effects. Based on this principle, mainly from the perspective of the geography subject, this paper has analyzed the features of forming and developing the river-costal-port cities, generalized the important modes of constructing deep-water ports in river-costal-port cities domestic and abroad. It has also probed into the regional evolution and development of Fuzhou Port, and examined the process of selecting the site of its deep-water port. Furthermore, the paper emphasizes the problems existing in present plan, and put forward a new plan for Dongluo island-port near the land, including its overall planning, designing and the condition study of site selection. The author hopes that as a useful attempt, this paper can provide some new ideas about selecting the site of deep-water port now being made in Fuzhou.更多还原
