【摘要】 沿海地区是我国经济发展速度最快的地区，同时也是我国生态环境相对脆弱易变的地区，其经济发展与生态环境的矛盾表现得尤为尖锐。如何在经济发展的同时改善生态环境，使二者达到协调统一，显得十分重要。在景观生态学理论的指导下，运用景观生态规划与设计的方法，对沿海地区的绿地系统进行规划与设计，是实现沿海地区社会经济可持续发展的有效途径。 本文是笔者参与福建省科技厅重大项目课题“东山岛景观生态建设与社会经济可持续发展示范工程”的基础上形成的。文章以景观生态学理论为指导，从理论上分析了景观生态规划与设计的发展过程、发展趋势及其涵义，阐明了沿海地区绿地系统景观生态规划与设计研究的必要性与意义。 在理论研究的基础上，以东山县作为研究区，对景观生态规划与设计的理论在绿地系统规划中的应用进行了实例分析。在对研究区的自然、社会环境及其景观生态基本特征等深入分析的基础上，提出了该地区绿地系统景观生态规划与设计的目标，为规划工作提供依据与指导；在地理信息系统(GIS)支持下，进行景观生态分类与制图、景观空间格局及其动态分析以及景观功能分区，在此基础上提出研究区绿地系统结构优化的规划方案，这是本研究的核心内容；由于沙生植物园区的示范推广对研究区的农业结构调整具有特殊的意义，因此，本文以白埕村沙生植物园区作为具体单元，进行景观生态设计。由此实现了景观生态规划与设计从基本目标到功能、结构的规划再到具体单元设计，从上而下逐级进行的过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paradox between economic development and ecological environment in the coastland is quite sharp. The rate of economic development in the coastland is quicker than any regions in our country. In the same time, the ecological environment of it is relatively vulnerable and variable. So it is very important that how to improve its ecological environment at the same time of developing its economy, and make them coordinate and unitive. Under the guidance of Theory of Landscape ecology, it is an available pathway to carry out the sustainable development of social economy in the coastland using the method of landscape eco-planning and eco-designing.This paper is based on an important project of Scientific and Technical department in Fujian, that is Landscape ecological construction and the representative engineering of developing social economy in Dongshan island. In the instruction of Theory of Landscape ecology, this paper defines theoretically the developing process of Landscape eco-planning and eco-designing, its developing trend and its conception. And it explicates the necessity and signification to research the landscape eco-planning and eco-designing of green system in the coastland.On the basis of theoretical studies, this paper takes dongshan county as research zone to analysis the application of Theory of Landscape eco-planning and eco-designing on planning green system. This paper also brings forward the strategic target of planning and designing the green system in this region to provide reference and guidance for planning work. Based on GIS, this paper analyzes landscape spatial pattern, dynamic pattern and landscape functional division. And it holds out the planning project to major the structure of green system in the research zone. And that is the core content in this research. There is peculiar sense to represent and extend the psammophyte garden in justifying the agriculture framework in the research zone. So this paper takes the psammophyte garden as a concrete unit to proceed landscape eco-designing. Therefore, this paper carries out the process of landscape eco-planning and eco-designing, step by step, from establishing landscape’s basic target to planning its function and structure, and to designing its concrete unit.更多还原
