聚N-乙烯基甲酰胺碱性水解反应动力学研究

【摘要】 为了将聚乙烯甲酰胺(PNVF)碱性水解反应应用于生产实践,本研究在探讨PNVF碱性水解反应规律、确定氨基生成量和碱的消耗量物质的量的比为2:1的基础上,对其反应动力学进行研究。得到如下结论:(1)PNVF碱性水解反应的速率方程与PNVF浓度、NaOH浓度分别呈一级关系;(2)NaOH的绝对浓度而非相对浓度是影响反应速率常数的一个重要因素;(3)反应速率常数随NaOH浓度增大呈折线式上升,即反应速率常数在一定碱浓度范围内近似相等,超过这一范围,速率常数有较大辐度的上升;(4)提高碱的浓度可降低反应的活化能。
【Abstract】 To apply basic hydrolysis of polyvinylformamide(PNVF) to productive practice, the kinetics of the reaction was studied, before which the stoichiometric ratio of PNVF and sodium hydroxide being 2:1 had been determined and that the regularity of the reaction had been discussed. There were some conclusions can be drawed from the results: a) the rate equation was of first order with respect to both PNVF concentration and sodium hydroxide concentration; b) the absolute instead of the relative concentration of NaOH is one of the important factors which contribute to the rate constant; c) as the concentration of NaOH steady grows, the rate constant arises in a form like a fold line, that is the rate constant is approximately equal at the certain range of NaOH concentration but ascends greatly out of the scope; d) increasing the concentration of NaOH will decrease the activation energy of the reaction.
