【摘要】 本文首先肯定了经济与伦理、“经济人”与“道德人”的辨证统一，并将此作为本文的立论基础及逻辑起点。由此出发，文章着力分析了决策、企业决策、企业决策的伦理分析及其相互间的关系；阐明了关注企业决策的伦理分析的重要意义。接着，作者从个体、组织、社会、利益相关者四个层面具体讨论了影响伦理在企业决策中发挥作用的诸要素(个体价值观、道德选择能力、行为能力、评价能力、道德层次、道德需要、企业目标、企业准则、企业文化、交际结构、社会伦理环境、社会经济状况、政治状况、法制状况、利益相关者)。最后，文章在对引入伦理要素的企业决策过程进行深入研究的基础上，立足于伦理分析的不同阶段和层次，初步构建了应用于实际企业决策过程的伦理工具——伦理分析支持模型，并依据模型图例，对伦理分析的过程和作用进行了全面地剖析和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 On Ethical Analysis of Business DecisionThe author affirms that not only economy and ethic but also "Economic Man" and "Moral Man" are unified, and make this conclusion be the basis of discussion and the logic start. Based on this, the author analyses the characteristics and the relations of three elements including decision-making, business decision and ethical analysis; and illustrates the concernful significance of EABD (ethical analysis of business decision). In succession, the author discusses the elements which can affect the function of the ethical factors in business decision process from four aspects involving individual, organization, society, people whose behalf correlated the decision(individual-values, ability of moral choose, ability of moral action, ability of moral assessment, moral level, moral desire, enterprise goals, enterprise moral rules, enterprise culture, intercommunication configuration, social moral circumstance, social economic status, social political status, social legal status, people whose behalf correlated the decision).Finally, on the base of lucubration of business decision process which involving ethical elements, the author construct the ethical tool-ethical analysis support model.
