基于虚拟现实技术的换热器仿真系统研究

【摘要】 计算机技术的快速发展使得虚拟现实(VR)技术的应用深入到各行各业,在仿真领域,传统的仿真方法只能提供数字和简单图形化的表达方式,而虚拟现实(VR)技术的应用使仿真建模环境发生质的变化,它提供给观察者身临其境的沉浸感,实现人与虚拟世界的动态交互,已逐渐成为仿真领域研究的热点和趋势。本文以热力站板式换热器机组为研究对象,提出并研究了虚拟现实(VR)技术在供热系统仿真应用中的结构方案。在动态分析的基础上建立机组的动态数学模型,并对该数学模型采用无因次熵产率((火用)损率)N,对其性能进行分析,得到最佳热容量比Ropt。将虚拟现实技术应用到系统的动态仿真上,以VRML2.0为建模语言,构建了换热器机组及其周边硬件设备的三维模型和现场的虚拟场景,结合Java及JavaScript语言编程,实现动态数据与虚拟三维模型的动态交互,以达到动态三维仿真的目标;并在此基础上对该模型进行分析,探讨并建立了三维监控系统。同时也研究了系统建模与工控组态软件MCGS的嵌入方法,完成了热力站换热器机组运行动态仿真和实时监控系统的软件设计,实现了动态仿真、实时监控、数据查询、趋势图分析和在线控制等功能。仿真结果表明,所建数学模型较好的表达了板式换热器机组的运行机理;将虚拟仿真技术应用到热力站换热器机组的动态三维仿真是完全可行的,具有一定的学术价值和实用价值:以此为基础建立的三维化监控系统能够实现实时监控系统的全部功能,是一个成功的尝试,为以后构建更完善,更强大的系统奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The rapid development of computer technology makes the VR technique penetrate into every walk of life. Traditional simulation method can only provide the digital and simple figure expression way, while VR provides the observer be personally immersion feel, realizes the dynamic interaction between human and virtual world, and becomes the research hotspot and trend in simulation field.This paper uses the plate heat exchanger unit as research object, brings forward and studies the structure blue print of VR used in the heating system simulation. Based on dynamic analysis, we build its dynamic mathematics model, analyze the performance of mathematical model, and find the optimistic parameter Ropt .Then we emphases on application of the plate heat exchanger unit running dynamic simulation using virtual simulation technology. We use VRML2.0 build the 3D model of the unit, hardware equipments around and virtual scene of heat power station spot, then with Java and JavaScript, realize the dynamic interaction between dynamic data and 3D models, to obtain the dynamic 3D simulation. We probe into and build a 3D monitor and control system. Furthermore, we combine MCGS, embed the mathematical model, and finish the software design of the plate heat exchanger unit’s dynamic simulation and real-time monitor and control system.Simulation result shows that the mathematical model expresses the mechanism of unit preferably. Applying the virtual simulation to the plate heat exchanger unit dynamic simulation is completely feasible and of good effects and has certain scientific and practical value as well. The 3D monitor and control system can realize the full functions of real-time monitor and control system, and it is a successful attempt, which will establish a certain base for building a more consummate and more mightiness system in the future.
