【摘要】 决策是企业经营管理的核心，企业管理中的大部分工作都与决策休戚相关，风险投资决策是一个多序列，多因素，多层次的复杂的动态过程。因此，风险投资决策的成功在很大程度上受决策者的能力，知识、信息的获得和经验等方面的影响。 本文根据风险投资决策的特性，引入消错理论的思想和方法，对风险投资决策系统中决策主体之间的冲突性质与分类、决策主体与客体之间的矛盾冲突、决策系统中两类主要矛盾冲突的起因和表现形式进行了分析；对风险投资决策中决策主体之间、决策主体与客体之间的错误的逻辑转化规律进行了研究。根据风险投资决策自身的特性对避免和消除投资决策中的错误的方法和对策进行了探索研究。结果表明，消错理论的思想和方法为这些问题的解决提供了新的思路和形式化的操作方法，也为其在风险投资决策中的应用奠定了一定的基础。 全文共分为三章，第一章为绪论，首先介绍了国内外对风险投资决策指标体系和投资决策过程的研究现状；接着介绍了本文的研究目标与主要研究内容；最后是本文的创新之处即利用系统学的观点，将消错理论的思想和方法应用到风险投资决策领域。第二章介绍了消错理论的研究思路和理论框架，即消错理论的产生背景、研究对象和内容以及研究方法和目标；第三章是风险投资决策中的冲突和错误的研究，这一部分是本文的核心部分：首先分析了风险投资决策系统中两类不同形式的冲突的性质以及它们的表现形式，而后对风险投资决策中错误的逻辑转化规律即错误的转化与置换进行了研究，最后在对风险投资决策系统中冲突和错误的研究基础上提出了风险投资决策系统的错误值的计算思路与方法并对避免和消除风险投资决策系统的冲突和错误的方法进行了较详细的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Decision-making is a center of the enterprise running and management, a majority of working in enterprise management is relative to the decision-making.Decision-making of Venture capital is a complex development process of many serial and administrative levels. So, the success of decision-making of venture capital is, to great extend, determined by the capacity, knowledge, acquisition of information and experience of decision-maker.In this paper, by using theory and methods of error-eliminating, not only the conflicts and errors but also the law of the error-logic transform are analyzed and researched in the system of decision-making venture capital between the intersubjective, the subjective and the object, furthermore explored the ways that avoiding and eliminating decision error by putting on the characteristics of venture capital. The conclusions of the research show that the methods of error-eliminating can offer new thoughts and formalized ways for solving such problems in decision-making of venture capital, and tamp the foundation of the error- eliminating used in the venture capital.This paper includes three chapters. Chapter 1 is started with introduction. First to introduce the prior academic literature of the decision-making of venture capital; then to introduce the motivition and the main content; finally introduce the key and the hinghtlights of the paper, namely use the viewpoint of the system science, put the error-eliminating theory into the decision-making of venture capital domain. Chapter 2 is the theory frame of the error-eliminating; namely the background, the study object and content, and the study methods and the goal of the error-eliminating theory. Chapter 3 is the research of conflicts and errors in decision-making of venture capital system, which is the core content of this paper: first of all, the various conflicts and errors and behavior in decision-making of venture capital system are put forward, and then detailed discussions the law of the error-logic transform of different conflicts and errors, in the end put forward the thoughts and ways of calculation the error value and introduce the ways that avoiding and eliminating decision error of decision-making of venture capital system.更多还原
