南水北调中线汉江中下游水质预测与水污染控制仿真研究

【摘要】 南水北调中线工程是南水北调工程的重要组成部分,它对缓解京津及华北地区水资源短缺,改善受水区生态环境,促进该地区经济和社会的持续稳定发展具有巨大作用。但由于调水后改变了流域间水资源的自然地理分布,供水区和水源区水文情势将发生变化,对输水区的水质和生态环境将产生复杂而深远的影响。本文根据南水北调中线工程规划原则,针对工程规划各种方案,主要是近期方案,应用系统仿真的理论技术和采用面向对象的建模方法,建立仿真模型,开发南水北调中线工程汉江中下游水质预测及水污染控制仿真平台软件。本仿真系统的研究不仅为规划方案论证和决策提供依据,也为工程的环境管理提供依据,对水资源合理配置与生态环境建设同步发展都具有重要的意义。另外该仿真系统作为南水北调工程系统仿真的一个子系统,跟大系统有很好的兼容性;也可以作为一个独立的系统单独运行,具有良好的人机界面、使用方便、通用性强和分布式的工作能力,符合当前计算机发展趋势的要求并具有易于扩展的特点。 本文最后利用该仿真平台模拟了调水对汉江中下游水质的影响和不同水文条件下汉江中下游的水质状况;进行了一系列的仿真试验,得出调水在一定程度上不会影响汉江中下游用水水质要求,调水后汉江中下游总体水质良好但存在部分河段水质超出水体功能等可靠稳定的预测结果,并进一步提出了汉江中下游水污染控制规划措施。

【Abstract】 Middle-Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is the important part of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, it is important for solving the water resource shortage in Beijing and Tianjing and the area of North of China, and improving the ecological environment of diverting area, and promoting the economy and society of diverting area to develop continuously and steadily. However, physical geography distribution of the water resource between basins will be changed, the hydrology situation of diverting area and water origin area will be transformed because of water transfer, thereby the water quality and ecological environment of diverted area will be impacted deeply. In this paper, in light of regulation principle of Middle-Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, aimed for all regulation projects, especial for short term project, theory and technology of system simulation and oriented object modeling methods are applied to establish simulation model, to develop the simulation platform soft of water quality prediction and water pollution control regulation of mid-lower reaches of Hanjiang river in Middle-Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project; The research of this simulation system can be provided as a proof for demonstrating and determining the regulation projects as well as environment management. It is significant for the water resource distribution and the development of ecological environment construction. As a subsystem of South-to-North Water Transfer Project system simulation, it is compatible with the other subsystem, and can be run lonely, this platform soft has the good interface, can be manipulated conveniently, can be used widely,. It comes up to the development of computer technology and has the character of enlarging easily.In this paper, this platform is provided for simulating the impact of water transfer on water quality of mid-lower reaches of Hanjiang river and water quality of mid-lower reaches of Hanjiang river in different hydrology conditions, simultaneously, a series of simulation experiments are carried on, and come into the dependable and stable simulation results that in some extent the water quality of mid-lower reaches of Hanjiang river is not affected because of water transfer; and after water transferred, the water quality is good in most of reaches of mid-lower reaches of Hanjiang river, in some of that the water quality is go against the requirement for the water quality, the measure of water pollution control planning in the mid-lower reaches of Hanjiang river is made out.
