纤维布包裹加固钢筋混凝土柱的轴心受压试验研究

【摘要】 本文通过对纤维布不同方式包裹加固钢筋混凝土柱的轴心受压试验研究,分析了纤维布加固层数、加固间距、柱截面不同处理形状、纤维布的混合使用及加固前钢筋混凝土柱的应力水平等因素对加固效果的影响。结果表明:纤维布包裹加固钢筋混凝土柱的轴心抗压承载能力和极限应变明显提高;其轴心抗压承载力随纤维布加固层数的增加或纤维布净间距的减小而增加,同时也与柱截面处理形状和纤维布的抗拉强度有关,但加固前钢筋混凝土柱的应力水平对加固效果基本无影响。在此基础上,提出了玻璃纤维布包裹加固钢筋混凝土柱承载力的简化计算公式。

【Abstract】 Based on the experimental study of the axial-compression reinforced concrete columns wrapped with fiber reinforced plastics in different wrapping manners, the effectiveness of the factors such as wrapped with glass fiber reinforced plastics in different layers and spaces and sections (square, circle, square rounding-off) and stress level of reinforced concrete column are analyzed.The results indicate that the confinement of fiber sheet can increase the compressive strength and ultimate strain of reinforced concrete column remarkably. With the increase of layers or decrease of spaces, the compressive strength is increased. It is also found that the compressive strength of reinforced concrete column is relation to the section of column and the intensity of fiber sheet. But the stress level has not influence on the compressive strength of reinforced concrete column. And then, according to the study mentioned above, the simplified calculating formulas of axial-compression reinforced concrete column wrapped with glass fiber reinforced plastics is proposed.
