【摘要】 随着信息技术的革命性发展和全球经济一体化进程的进一步加快，任何国家任何行业的企业组织都无法避免日趋激烈的市场竞争，在技术创新过程有效组织的基础上再造新的竞争优势成为企业发展的关键。论文在研究网络环境下企业技术创新过程的权变因素及其作用机理的基础上，分析基于信息流的企业技术创新过程，研究网络环境下企业技术创新过程组织规律，选择最佳技术创新过程组织方式，并提出相应的技术创新过程控制与管理。 论文首先对网络环境下企业技术创新过程组织的理论基础进行研究。关于技术创新过程五代模型理论的研究，以及网络外部性、网络组织理论等网络环境相关理论的分析，为网络环境下企业技术创新过程组织方式转变提供了理论基础和实现必要性。而关于动态能力基本理论的论述则进一步为组织方式如何转变指明了方向。 论文随后以网络环境下企业竞争方式的转变为切入点，展开网络环境下企业技术创新过程的特性与机理研究。风险与不确定性加大、内外协作方式改变以及需求方效应突现成为网络环境下企业技术创新过程特性的集中体现。通过对网络环境下企业技术创新过程特性及一般规律的研究，论文 摘要一进一步提出了基于信息流的企业技术创新过程组织描述，并在企业技术创新过程的信息流分析基础上，建立了网络环境下企业技术创新过程的信息流整合模型。 最后，论文从网络环境下企业动态能力的内涵及维度分析入手，结合对影响技术创新过程组织方式选择的环境因素分析，得出网络环境下企业技术创新过程组织的关键是动态能力。基于此，论文提出企业技术创新过程组织与其动态能力的匹配互动模型，并结合典型案例进行了论证。论文进一步对匹配互动中企业组织策略的权变选择进行了研究，并提出了基于信息流的技术创新过程有效控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information technology and the acceleration of globe economy aggregating process, any enterprises cannot avert rigorous market competition. Enterprises have to reconstruct their own competitive advantage only through effectively organizing technological innovation process. This paper, based on the study of contingent factors of enterprises’ technological innovation process, analyzes enterprises’ technological innovation in view of information flow, studies the organization rule of enterprises’ technological innovation process under network, and brings forward corresponding control and management system of technological innovation process.Firstly, this paper analyzes the theoretical bases of enterprises’ technological innovation process organization. Through the study of the theory of technological innovation process model, and the related theories of network, it points out that enterprises should change organization method of technological innovation process. MeanwhileAbstractthe analysis of dynamic competence theory tells how to change it.This thesis, then beginning with the analysis of enterprises competition under network, demonstrates that risk increasing, external and internal cooperation changing and consumer scale effect are the typical characteristics of enterprises technological innovation process under network. Based on the characteristics analysis, it describes enterprise technological innovation process in view of information flow, and provides an information flow model of enterprise technological innovation process.Finally, this paper analyzes the environment factors that effect organization method choice of technological innovation process, and points out dynamic competence is the most important effecting factor. Therefore, it brings forward the matching model of organization of enterprise technological innovation process and its dynamic competence, and demonstrates it further with typical practical cases.
