光动力学治疗脑胶质肿瘤

【摘要】 光动力学作为诊断和治疗肿瘤的一种新方法,其发展方兴未艾。本文在研究光动力学治疗原理(即光敏化反应)的基础上,并参阅大量中外文治疗病例和相关文献,提出用大功率半导体激光器代替现阶段应用较多的He-Ne激光器、铜蒸气激光器和可调谐染料激光器等,以克服其在功率、波长、成本、寿命等方面的一些问题。 针对较难治愈肿瘤之一的脑胶质肿瘤,本文进行了治疗系统的设计,包括:半导体激光器的选择原理及选型、半导体激光器电源的设计、半导体激光器控制源的设计、导光系统即光纤的设计,并重点设计了针对常见各种类型脑胶质肿瘤的两种光针:即平面出射光针、柱型侧面出射光针。

【Abstract】 As a new method to diagnote and cure tumour , photodynamic therapy(PDT) is in the ascendant. Having studied the theory of photodynamic therapy (i.e. photosensitivity reaction)and looked up many therap case and relevant literature,bom Chinese and overseas, this article proposes to substitute high-power semi-conductor laser for the frequent-used, He-Ne laser , Gu-steam laser , tuned-dye laser , and so on ,so as to overcome some problems on their power , wavelength , cost, lifespan , and so on.To the meningeal-colloid cancer ,one of the tumours difficult to cure . this article puts forward with the design for the therapy system : the selection of semi-conductor laser, the driver-source design of laser , the manipulator design of laser , and the design of the optical fiber , and it aslo mainly design two type of optic needle for various meningeal-colloid cancers , as follows: plane-shooting optic needle , pillar-side-shooting optic needle.
