【摘要】 网络时代的到来，网络文明的兴起，已经深刻地改变着社会的生产方式、人们的生活方式，网络的发展标志着人类文明的新进展，用文明的视角考察网络的发展及其深刻的影响，用网络的视角透视高等教育与网络文明的互动关系，是一个高等教育工作者应当研究的课题。 本文在解析网络文明的底蕴的基础上，揭示了网络文明的底蕴与高等教育的终极目标的一致，都是为了社会的全面进步和人的全面发展；探讨了高等教育发展的网络范式与传统的“复制范式”的不同以及对高等教育的影响；研究了高等教育与网络经济、网络文化、网络道德的互动关系，以及高等教育所面临的机遇、挑战和回应的策略；提出了网络时代高等教育发展的新理念：终身教育的可持续发展观，信息化校园的教育功能观，网络化环境的教育管理观，科学与人文和谐的教育生态观，数字化教学的教育改革观，全球视野的育人观。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of the cyber network marks the new era in the history of human civilization, for the Cyber Age has brought about fundamental changes in the means of social production and the way of human life. Therefore, it becomes a research task of higher educators to fully consider, from the perspective of cyber civilization, the development of cyber network and its influence, and in particular, its interaction with higher education.This dissertation, based on an analysis of the connotations of cyber civilization, reveals the consistency of the ultimate objectives of both cyber civilization and higher education: the full development of human society and that of the individual person. Besides, it studies the differences of "cyber-style" higher education from and its influence on the traditional "duplication-style" higher education, In addition, it explores the interaction of higher education with cyber economy, cyber culture, and cyber morality, together with the opportunities and challenges and strategies facing higher education. Finally, the article proposes some new concepts of higher education development in the Cyber Age: The concept of sustainable development of life-long education, the concept of educational function of computerized campus, the concept of education administration of cyber environment, the concept of educational ecological balance of sciences and humanities, the concept of educational reform of digitalized teaching, and the concept of education in the global context.更多还原
