【摘要】 在大学生的整个素质结构中，政治素质占居统帅地位，它不仅对大学生人生发展具有定向和动力作用，而且关系到我们党乃至我国社会主义制度的巩固与发展，甚至关系到整个中华民族的兴衰成败。因此，大学生政治素质教育既是高等学校一项极其重要的任务，也是一项神圣的历史使命。本文从“结构”这一研究大学生政治素质的逻辑起点入手，根据结构决定功能，教育优化结构的原理，从静态和动态两个角度详细剖析大学生政治素质的内在结构，分析结构中各要素的相互关系以及如何决定大学生的政治素质功能，将大学生一定的政治认知、政治情感和政治行为(静态结构)视为某一时期大学生的政治素质水平，驱动大学生政治素质不断提高的则是大学生政治素质结构的政治动力系统、政治功能系统和政治评价系统(动态结构)。在理论分析的基础上，文章通过调研当代大学生政治素质结构状况，了解他们现有的政治素质水平，针对当代大学生政治素质结构存在的问题，提出了一系列优化结构、提高功能的教育对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the college students’ quality construction, political quality is the most important one. It has a directional and motive effect on the students’ development, but also has related to our party and the consolidation and development of our socialism regime. So, college students’ quality education is not only an important task, but also a historical mission for the university. Based on the construction which is the logic point to research political quality, this thesis analyzes students’ quality construction statically and dynamically; considers that the students’ cognition, emotion and behavior represents their political quality level and their motive, function and evaluation system improves their political quality.After analyzing a social investigation on the present condition of the college students’ political quality construction, this thesis puts forward some education solution according to the problems existing in the students’ political quality construction.更多还原
