水资源价格理论及城市饮用水资源价格研究

【摘要】 本文针对我国水资源特点、开发利用中出现的问题及水资源价格现状，根据可持续发展理论，对水资源的定义、内涵、属性进行了进一步的阐述，在分析水资源价值、价格理论的基础上，提出了水资源价格经济内容、组成、定价原则、定价方法和计算公式，并对南京市饮用水水资源价格进行了初步分析。研究结果表明： (1)水资源价格应反映出稀缺性、水资源核算、资源产权、外部不经济性。 (2)水资源价格的经济内容包括：水资源保护费用、水资源补偿费用、水资源的品质费用。 (3)南京市目前水资源价格还未达到应有的标准，在居民可承受的范围内还有相当的上调空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 The studying is based on the characteristics of water resource of our country, the problems in water resource exploitation and utilization and current water resources price condition. According to sustainable development idea, on the basis of preceding research, the main contents of this paper are the concept, characteristic, value theory, pricing theory of water resource. At last, put forward the economic contents, forms, principles, pricing methods and calculation formulas of the price of water resource, which analyze the price of Nanjing city drinking water resource. The following conclusions can be drawn from the study:(1) Water resource pricing can reflect the scarce natural resource, water resource accounting, water resource property rights, environmental diseconomy.(2) The economic contents of water resource price are composed of water resource protection cost, water resource compensation cost and water resource characteristics expense.(3) The current, price of water resource of our country, below the required standard, will exist a rise within the range that the resident can afford.更多还原
