【摘要】 亚洲金融危机的发生，金融机构存在的庞大不良资产是重要原因之一。银行不良资产问题已成为当今的一个世界难题。当前我国银行不良资产问题也相当严重。这不但影响我国经济体制改革的深化和发展，而且已成为我国金融业的重大隐患。 资产证券化是近几十年来世界金融领域的重大创新，由于其能够将资产负债表上的信贷资产表外化，从而提高银行资产的流动性和盈利性，故被视为解决银行不良资产的有效途径，并在一些国家取得良好的效果。本文就银行不良资产证券化在我国开展的一系列相关问题进行研究。 本文首先针对我国的实际情况，系统分析我国银行不良资产的现状和成因，并对资产证券化的基本原理进行剖析；在此基础上，对我国采用证券化技术解决银行不良资产问题的必要性进行研究。接着，从我国宏观经济体制方面和微观成本收益角度对我国实行银行不良资产证券化的可行性进行分析；随后，针对目前我国开展银行不良资产证券化存在的障碍，提出了应对措施；最后，根据国外开展不良资产证券化的成功经验，并结合我国现实情况，提出我国开展银行不良资产证券化的运作模式构想。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the Asia Financial Crisis had breaking out, it was one of the important reasons that there had been giant bad bank assets in finance institutions. The problem of bad bank assets has become the international problem in this day. In present, it has also been severe in our country. The problem of bad bank assets not only obstructs the promotion and development of economic system reform in our country, but also has been the great hidden for our financial system.Asset securitization is the great financial innovation in these decades. Because it can improve bank mobility and profitability of assets by taking the credit assets outside the balance sheet, so it been considered as the effective way to dispose bad assets of the bank. Bad asset securitisation has made the good result in some countries. Researching the relevant problems of bad bank asset securitization in our country is the aim of this paper.Firstly, this paper analyses the current situation and the cause of bad bank asset in our country, and has analyzed the basic principle of the asset securitization. On this basis, the paper discusses the necessity of carrying out the bad bank asset securitization in our country. Then, probing into the feasibility of bad bank asset securitization from macro-economic system and cost-income angle. Afterwards, author puts forward the countermeasures to the obstacles of practicing bad bank asset securitization in our country. Finally, author puts forward the ideas of operation mode of bad bank asset securitization in our country, according to the successful experiences of foreign countries and the reality of our country.更多还原
