集中供热网智能控制方法的研究

【摘要】 城市集中供热是现代化城市建设的重要措施之一。本文首先对目前我国大中型集中供热网基本的调节和控制方法进行了深入的阐述,并在此基础上提出了集中供热网总体控制方案。 本文采用专家模糊控制方法实现了对各热力子站的二次供水温度的控制,采用具有全局性优化性能的智能协调控制方法实现集中供热网的整体控制。以沈阳皇姑集中供热网的控制为基础,深入探讨了专家模糊控制器的具体设计和智能协调控制方法的具体实现。 最后,将整体控制方法应用到沈阳皇姑集中供热网的实际控制当中。通过运行实例表明,此方法是可行的,可以实现全网内热量的合理分配,提高供热网的供热质量,达到稳定供热和均匀供热。同时对于应用中遇到的问题进行了总结,并提出相应的解决方法。

【Abstract】 District Heating Network is one of the most important fundamental infrastructures of modern cities. The adjusting and control methods for the medium and large Heating Networks are thoroughly discussed firstly, and then the whole control scheme of the District Heating Network is put forward.In order to control the District Heating Network wholly, the Intelligent Coordination Control method is used, which has the global optimization performance. Furthermore, Expert-fuzzy Control is adopted to control the secondary supplying water temperature of each substation. On the basis of Shenyang Huanggu Heating Network, the design of Expert-fuzzy Control and the implementation of Intelligent Coordination Control are discussed thoroughly.In the last part, the macro control method is applied into the actual management and control system of the Huanggu Heating Network. From the running results, this control strategy is proved effective. The heat is distributed rationally throughout the heating network, and the heating quality is improved. Moreover, the goal of stable heating and well-proportioned heating is also achieved. Problems occurred during the running process are summarized in the paper. After analyzing possible reasons, an improved method is presented.
