企业资源外包对象选择研究

【摘要】 伴随着经济全球化、专业化的趋势和信息技术的不断发展,企业开始越来越专注于自身擅长的领域,并注重与其他企业的合作与联系。资源外包作为一种充分利用有限的资源、降低成本以及提升企业核心能力的一种战略,被企业广泛关注。 资源外包即有其不可比拟的优势,又有其自身的缺点,在实践中也存在着一系列的问题。其中一个主要的问题就是:资源外包对象选择的失误所带来的影响。资源外包对象选择问题,也就是企业外包什么的问题,是企业能否顺利实施资源外包战略的关键。 在资源外包对象选择的实践中,目前存在着没有正确的外包对象选择评价体系,忽略外包对核心资源建设的作用等问题;理论上,虽然也有不少学者分别从企业核心能力、交易成本经济等角度对此作了初步研究,但此类研究仅限于理论的概括层面,对于如何具体操作没有给出行之有效的具体的做法。因此,通过对不同企业外包对象选择的研究,结合相关理论的支撑,提出一套切实可行的解决资源外包对象选择体系,对于企业资源外包战略的顺利实施,乃至资源外包网络理论的发展和完善及其在实践的应用都具有重大的现实意义。 通过大量文献检索结合对国内企业的调研结果,综合运用核心能力、比较核心能力、价值链管理、标杆管理、层次分析法等理论和方法,本文对企业资源外包的对象选择进行深入研究。通过分析研究,提出基于核心能力资源外包对象选择模型及其支持体系,首次提出了部分核心资源亦可外包的观点;针对具有比较核心能力的企业,构造了基于比较核心能力资源外包对象选择模型,并提出比较核心资源外包是企业迅速提升能力的关键所在;对不具备以上能力的企业,一般会给以上企业作外包,做专做大是它们成功的关键;进而提出企业之间的外包对象网络模型;最后,文章得出结论并对课题今后的研究方向作了进一步展望。
【Abstract】 With the developing of IT and economic global and specialization, more and more forms begin to be absorbed in the domain that they are good at and the cooperation with other enterprise. Outsourcing, as a stratagem to use limited resource, to down cost and to upgrade the core competence, is attended by corporations abroad. Outsourcing has some problems in practice for it has both superiorities and shortcoming. A main problem is the objects choosing of Outsourcing, that is what will be outsourced. It is the key in applying Outsourcing strategy.There are many problems in the objects choosing of Outsourcing, such as there isn’t the value system of the objects choosing of Outsourcing, ignore the building of core resource in practice, and there isn’t a viable system of the objects choosing of Outsourcing in academia. So, it is meaningful to both academia and practice that advancing a viable system of the objects choosing of Outsourcing through the research kinds of companies added the academia in point.The lucubrate of objects choosing has been processed through applying the theories, such as core capability, Comparative Core Competence, value chain, benchmark, AHP and so on. systems of the objects choosing of Outsourcing and support system have been advanced based on core capability and Comparative Core Competence. A network of Outsourcing objects is advanced further. At last, there are the conclusiones and prospect.
