基于多机模型的低频减载整定算法

【摘要】 近年来,随着电网的不断扩大和电力市场的出现,电力系统的运行环境更加复杂。与此同时,对电网安全稳定运行的要求也越来越高。 为了提高频减载装置定值计算的准确性,最大限度的消除过切或欠切现象,有机地协调系统中各低频减载装置,本文提出了一个基于多机模型定值计算的低频减载装置集中管理系统。其核心问题是基于多机模型的在线低频减载装置定值计算,文中采用基于进化计算的粒子群游算法(Particle Swarm Optimization简称PSO)进行求解。 新英格兰39节点算例结果可以看出,同传统算法相比,通过对原有的算法按照低频减载所具有的特点进行改进,该算法很适合处理实际的大中型电网中存在问题,可用于实际系统的求解。

【Abstract】 The Power System operation condition becomes more complicated with the development of net and the appearence of Power Market recently. Meanwhile, the net’s security and stability should be improved.Based on the summarization of previous work, this dissertation conducts systematical research work on the under frequency load shedding.The paper presented a Centralized Manage System of the under frequency load shedding equipment, which based on the computation of multiple generations model, to improve the precision of the settings of the under frequency load shedding equipment, eliminate over shedding or under shedding, correspond the equipment of the under frequency load shedding in system. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, which is based on the evolutionary computation, is used to solve the settings.It can be used to deal with the questions of real large or middle nets after improve the algorithm according as the characteristics of under frequency load shedding by compared to traditional algorithm, from the result of New England 39-nodes computation.
