生产能力平衡与计划控制系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 如何利用信息技术，将现代管理思想有效的运用于组织生产，从而提高企业市场竞争力，是我国制造业所面临的紧迫任务。 本文首先分析了目前制造业企业生产管理中存在的不足，描述了此类企业对生产管理系统的需求特点，阐述了生产管理与控制的研究现状与发展趋势。然后结合一个典型的制造业企业——江西江铃齿轮有限公司进行了系统的需求分析和设计。接着研究了企业多层次的生产计划模型，提出了一种以按时交付为目标的生产能力平衡与计划控制的方法，并对其中需要解决的关键技术进行了研究和讨论。最后根据系统的设计思想，结合提出的方法进行了系统的开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the urgent task for our manufacturing enterprises to organize the production efficiently and to improve their competitive power in the market by means of the utilization of the information technology and modern management philosophy.In the first part of the article, the author analyzed the disadvantages of the traditional production management in manufacturing enterprises and the requirements of PMS in this kind of enterprises. The status quo and development tendency of PMCS was also discussed. The requirement analysis and system designing was carried out according to the situation of Jiangxi Jiangling Gearbox Co. Ltd. At the same time, the author studied the key technology to solve in the capability balancing and production scheduling system, and put forward a multi-layer model of capability balancing and production scheduling, that solved the problem to hand on in time according to the current need in the enterprises.Finally, the application system was developed based on all these above.更多还原
