广州白云国际机场迁建供油工程航煤长输管道工程项目管理信息系统开发研究

【摘要】 随着改革开放的不断发展,在国家大力加强基础设施建设的大环境的影响下,建筑市场对施工企业的要求日趋完善和严格,施工企业必须顺应社会主义市场经济的发展要求,适应信息时代技术发展节奏,加快深化施工管理体制改革,全面切实地搞好施工项目管理,而数字化项目管理则以其科学性和对新技术的高度适应性成为项目部控制成本,提高效益,搞好管理的有效手段。 本文结合广州白云国际机场迁建供油工程航煤长输管道工程项目管理信息系统的规划与设计工作对当前项目管理信息系统的开发与实现进行研究。本文首先研究了项目管理在国内外的发展状况,并就项目管理信息系统的特点论述了开发项目管理信息系统所应具有的条件;然后结合本项目的具体情况确定了GKPMIS系统的开发方法和系统设计思想;在系统分析中引入了国际流行的赢得值原理对项目进度/费用进行综合控制与评价,为用户提供决策支持。系统设计中,本文对运用真正的面向对象的开发工具(Borland Delphi5.0)和优秀的数据库平台(SQL Server 2000)相结合的系统软件开发平台进行了研究,并最终确定了系统的物理模型。最后,本文结合实际提出了项目管理信息系统开发的体会和思考。并对系统的局限性和未来开发的设想作了一定的阐述。 研究和开发成果表明,系统规划与设计合理高效,为改善广州白云国际机场迁建供油工程航煤长输管道工程项目管理现状,提高工程局的管理水平提供了一套切实可行的方案,同时对同类应用开发具有普遍意义和一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the development of Chinese reforming and opening to the world, affecting by the urgent demand of infrastructure, the construction enterprise faced more and more strict and rounded requirement of the construction market. The construction enterprise should acclimate the development of socialistic market economy and keep up with the step of technology in the information age and promote the reformation of construction management structural. With the advantage of adaptively and other scientific characters, digital project management is a powerful tools for controlling cost, enhancing efficiency and management.This paper is based upon the programming and designing of the project management information system of the N.G.A. project of Guangzhou BaiYun International Airport and does research on the development and implementation of project management information system. First, this paper discusses domestic and overseas condition of project management development, and the qualification for developing project management information system according to its characteristics. Then, it integrates the practice and puts forward the design method and design thinking of the GKPMIS system. In the analysis of the system, the cost/schedule of project will be controlled and appraised using the internationally popular Earned Value Concept, which can give decision support to the user. In the designing of the system, it does research on the system-developing platform, which integrates Borland DelphiS.O and SQL Server 2000, and builds the system physical model. At length, this paper considered the development of Project Management Information System, and pointed out its shortage and puts forward some ideal in future design.The results proved that the programming and designing of the system is reasonable and efficient. The system provides a feasible way for improving the management of the N.G.A. project of Guangzhou BaiYun International Airport. At the same time, the research result has universal significance for the same kind ofapplication developing and gives reference value for other enterprise in establishing project management information system.
