企业核心能力的构建与拓展机理

【摘要】 自从哈默尔(G.Hamel)和普拉哈拉德(C.K.Prahalad)于1990年明确指出核心能力是企业持续竞争优势之源以来,核心能力吸引了世界上众多学者和企业实践者们的极大兴趣,有关核心能力的理论和著作可谓五花八门,层出不穷,但从实际情况看,这一理论仅仅是崭露头角和刚刚起步,还处于一种支离破碎的状态,还远未形成一个体系,在我国更是如此。 加入了世贸组织,作为组织成员的我国企业来说,即是机遇也是威协。企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中长期获胜,必须依靠核心能力,如何将西方这一理论及实践成果“中国化”,如何构建和拓展我国企业核心能力,是我国各行业企业面临的一个迫切任务。 本文根据20世纪90年代以来企业核心能力这一最新理论,并结合我国理论研究前沿和企业战略管理应用实践,总结和提出了企业赖以生存和发展的总体思路——企业核心能力的内部构建和外部拓展整合。文中在分析整合该理论基本概念的同时,提出在以能力为基础的竞争范式中,企业如何培育核心能力,并把核心能力转换为持续竞争优势是战略管理的主要内容。为此,提出以核心能力为主导逻辑的战略管理,详细探讨了其准则与基础,基因与方法,以及4P战略规划这一核心过程。 本文主要内容包括:企业核心能力的概念篇,企业核心能力为构建篇,企业核心能力提升篇及企业核心能力案例篇。企业核心能力概念篇着重阐述与企业核心能力有关的概念、意义及作用、组成要素及综合特征以及基于核心能力的企业战略,核心产品、核心技术及其与核心能力的关系;核心能力构建篇阐述了企业应从革新经营意识,建立学习型组织,人力资源开发与管理,企业文化,激励等方面建立企业自身核心竞争力;企业核心能力提升篇专题研究讨论了企业核心能力不足时,企业该通过什么方式方法来提升它,以及加入WTO后,中国企业如何重构自我核心能力,以期获得可持续的竞争优势能力;企业核心能力案例篇主要分析了TCL公司如何构建和发展自己的核心能力。 本文针对我国工商管理理论和实践,融合多种流派和思想观点,在注重实践性和理论性相结合的同时,把如何建立和提升自己的核心能力作为本文的重点内容,我只期望本文能对我国核心能力的研究和实践起到一定的参考作用。
【Abstract】 Since G Hamel and C.K. Prahalad pointed out clearly in 1990 that core capability is the resource of sustainable competitive advantage, core capability has led to much interesting among many scholars and operationers in the world. There have been many kinds and types of theories and articles about it. But seen from facts, this theory has begun to Show its brilliant talents and been in its early stage. It is still in fragmented situation, hasn’t form a system.Having jointed the WTO, to enterprises of China which has been a member of it, it is a chance as same as threat, enterprises which want to win in fierce market competence must depend on their own core capabilities. How to apply and practice this theory which origin from western countries according to our own country-situation, how to build and expand ours core capability, they are imperative tasks we must take them seriously.The paper summarize and bring forth a whole thinking of enterprises existence and development - internal building and external expansion , conformity according to this new theory from 20th century 90’s, combined with the front of research and applying practice in strategy management of our country. When this paper analysis and conform basic concepts of this theory, it bring forth the main task of strategic management is cultivate core competence and realize the core competence into sustainable competitive. This paper provides a new framework of strategic management, which uses core competence as dominant logic, The guideline and base, gene and method 4P,planning process are discussed in detail.The main contents of this paper: Section A-concepts of core capability Section. B-building of core capability section C:-elevation of core capability and section D-case of core capability. Section A expound the concepts, meanings, and effects, essential factors, comprehensive traits of core capability, the enterprise strategy based on core capability, the relationship among core technology core product and core capability. Section B expound enterprise should innovate operation idea, set up studying-style organization, set up the culture of enterprise, impel employees, Section C research and discuss how to expand and conform its core capability when is not strong, and how to rebuild its core capability after joining WTO to gain self-developing, substantial china, competitive superior capability, Section D analyses TCL co.ltd how to build and develop its core capability.The paper merge many schools and ideas which is aimed at theory and practice of our industry and commerce.The paper take how to build and elevate our own core capability as its main content, which merge many schools and ideas aimed, at theory and practice of our industry and commerce, at the same time the paper lay stress on combining of theory and practice .1 only expect the paper can do a reference role to research and practice in china
