工业控制系统总线无线传输的研究

【摘要】 系统总线无线传输是指将系统总线的某些部分采用无线传输的通信方式。工业控制系统总线无线传输适用于运动实体控制的数据传输、自动抄表系统、楼宇自动化、智能无线家庭等领域,具有十分广阔的应用前景,因此备受工业界关注。本文简要介绍了工业控制系统总线无线传输的基本概念,比较了目前在工业上采用的几种无线传输系统,分析了工业控制系统总线无线传输的现状和趋势。根据目前现状和趋势,本文完成了以下一些任务:1、 提出了一种工业控制系统总线无线传输应用模型,该模型采用半双工异步串行方式进行数据传输。根据建立的模型设计出了相应的通信协议。为提高系统的抗噪声性能,分别从静态、动态噪声两方面进行了分析,并针对这两方面进行了抗干扰设计。2、 根据建立的应用模型,首先选取了相应的硬件,然后设计了nRF401的外围电路和系统硬件电路。所设计的系统性能如下:(a)在距离为100m以内,处于开阔场所、没有其他强的噪声时,系统可以可靠的进行传输。在有突发的强磁场干扰传输信道时,系统可以及时的检测出错误帧。(b)在距离50m以内,没有强的干扰时,数据可以穿越4堵墙进行可靠的传输。(c)当传输距离超过150m或者系统需要穿越6堵墙时,数据的传输可靠性将下降,但是,接收方可以准确地检测出错误帧。3、 根据建立的系统模型及硬件,对系统的软件进行了设计。这里首先分析了CRC校验软件的模型,在CRC-16多项式下、采用查表法完成了其软件设计。然后给出了软件的系统设计,以便从整体上规划软件的功能。系统软件分为微处理器软件和终端测试软件两部分。本文给出了它们详细的流程图和相关说明。

【Abstract】 Wireless transmission applied to bus of industrial control system is a communication mode that some part of system bus adopts wireless mode to transmit. The mode adapts to data transfer of mobile object, Automatic Reading Meter, Building Automation, smart house, and so on, which is an application foreground widely. Because of good foreground, it is focused on.The thesis introduces the conception of wireless transmission applied to bus of industrial control system in brief, compares several sorts of wireless system, and analyses actuality and trend of this system. According to its actuality and trend presently, the thesis accomplished some tasks as fellows:1. An application model of wireless transmission applied to bus of industrial control system is stated, which transfers data by semiduplex of asynchronous & serial method. Communication protocol is designed according to application model. To improve anti-jamming of system, static noise and dynamic noise are analyzed to design anti-jamming project.2. According to application model, hardware is selected firstly, and then particular circuit is designed in two sides of peripheral circuit of nRF401 and circuit of system. Practically, the system capabilities are as follows:(a) Data may be transferred reliably when wireless module lies at wide site without strong noise inside 100 meters. When wireless channels are disturbed by strong magnetic field suddenly, system may check error frame.(b) Data may reliably be transferred through 4 blocks without strong disturb insideSO meters.(c) When data is transferred beyond 150 meter or through 6 blocks inside 50 meters, reliability of data may descend, but receiver may check errors.3. According to system model and hardware circuit, system software is designed. After analyzing software model of CRC firstly, software design is accomplished through looking up table in CRC-16. Then system design of software is achieved in order to lay out software function as a whole. System software includes software of microprocessor and test of DTE. The thesis supplies particular flow chart of software and its illumination.
