【摘要】 证券交易是市场经济中特有的经济现象，是城市经济的重要组成内容之一，其交易网点已逐渐成为城市结构中的重要构成内容。本文针对证券营业网点这一逐渐显露出其特殊性的特定的功能性建筑形式，在对杭州市域范围实地调研考察和问卷调查统计的基础上，分别从营业网点的布局和建筑状况两个层面进行了分析。结合经营者和使用者的需求及其特定的功能机制，进一步探讨了影响其发展的有关规划和设计要素。旨在为目前设计和布局上仍存在一定盲目性的证券营业网点的设置，提供规划和建筑层面的理论指导和参考，并以此对城市规划领域提出一个需要关注的新问题，新现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently securities trading has become one of the most important aspects in capitalmarket. Therefore,Located around each city by the agency-security companies,the sales departments undertaker some content of city economy. With the distribution of sales departments expanding in urban,it gradually affects some urban life and then brings on some new city problems. Through Pertinent field survey and questionnaire research work,the author sums up a mass of basal data. During the analysis,the information substantiates more problems among urban traffic,urban environment,urban economy and urban quality. It lacks of the guiding of urban planning theories too,which blocks itself advancing. The thesis studies the securities trading phenomenon in Hangzhou,and then tries to draw more attention to those new problems. This topical involves both urban planning system and economy system.更多还原
