【摘要】 目前，可持续发展已经成为全球共同关注的焦点，在人与自然的关系危机越来越突出的今天，对人工环境的本质意义的理性探索就显得日益迫切。住居，人类的栖息、居住之所，是人工环境的重要组成部分。然而当前的住居设计却面临着许多迫切需要研究的问题。特别是针对不同地区，建筑的节能、保温以及对自然资源的利用等问题已经得到了广泛的关注。 本论文是国家自然科学基金资助项目《长江三角洲城镇基本住居单位可持续发展适宜性模式研究》(50178062)的内容之一。笔者对我国长江三角洲地区住居研究现状进行了分析，发现近几年虽已取得了一定的成果，但是综合来看，这方面还没有系统的研究与思考。另一方面，各学科的生态化和各学科与生态的紧密结合是当前各学科发展的两大趋势，笔者从生态学、生物学的角度寻找启发，以生物膜的相关理论为核心科学基础，以住居界面为研究突破口，探索一种可以像生物膜一样具有保护、渗透、调节和交流功能的“绿色住居界面”的设计原则和方法，以最高的生态利用效率和最低的环境负荷来实现健康舒适的住居环境。本论文把住居分为三个空间规模层次，即居住区、基本居住单元、住屋；住居界面也相应地分为三个层次：居住区与城市环境之间的界面、基本居住单元与居住区环境之间的界面、住屋内外环境之间的界面。笔者根据生物膜机理的启发，阐述了绿色住居界面的机理(包括它的组成、结构、功能、主要特性等)。然后通过余姚市文化艺术中心及其周边地块住居规划设计这一项目，探索了绿色住居界面针对余姚地区的适宜性途径。在论文的最后，还就研究结论对绿色住居研究课题的前瞻进行了论述，期望更多的学者致力于该领域的深入研究工作。 本课题对住居环境建设的研究有很强的理论意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the Sustainable Development is the focus of the world. With the worsening relationship between human beings and the environment,it is more and more exigent to research the essential of the got-up environment rationally. Settlement is one of most important parts of the got-up environment. There are,however,many problems in the design of the settlement. According to the different regions particularly,many problems have been paid broad attention to,such as energy saving,heat retaining and the using of nature resources.Enlightened by the principles of the organism’s membrane,the author tries to explore the design methods of "Green Settlement Interface" and to realize a healthy and comfortable settlement’s environment with the highest ecology-using efficiency but the lowest environment cost. This paper analyzes,researches and solves the problems through three levels in different scopes of area. They are the inhabitancy districts,the basic cells for inhabitancy and the houses.更多还原
