【摘要】 医疗器械研究开发是一项多技术综合应用的课题。本文提到的RYY-E型医疗设备控制系统正是这样的一种医疗设备,它的用途是用于口腔科临床治疗。本文首先介绍了医疗设备开发的意义,在此背景下介绍了RYY-E型医疗设备控制系统的功能和结构组成,分析了RYY*E型医疗设备控制系统的设计难点,例如大量的输入和显示处理、电动机的精确定位要求、固化灯稳定输出功率等等。针对传统开关电源设计,我们提出了一种新型固化灯设计方案。固化灯是对口腔疾病患者进行治疗的一种医疗设备,在分析传统开关电源设计的基础上,我们根据现有系统的特点,从充分利用系统资源、节省成本的角度出发,提出了基于脉宽调制的新型固化灯设计方案。此外,本文对固化灯实际运行中出现的问题进行了理论分析,并据此提出了改进设计的措施,对设计方案采用的算法进行了修改。系统实际运行表明该新型设计完全达到了设计要求。RYY-E型医疗设备控制系统要求对电动机进行精确定位的操作,而人们往往忽略了用于驱动用途电动机的精确定位研究。在分析几种位置采样方式的优缺点基础上,我们根据系统采用的位置采样方式独立提出了几种新型电动机精确定位算法。在对这几种算法做了比较分析后,通过分析和实验筛选出了一套适合本套系统的算法,并且在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。本文同时提出了系统软、硬件设计方案和整体抗干扰、可靠性的设计思想,并且指出了软硬件实际开发中需要注意的一些问题。

【Abstract】 The development of medical device and instrument is a task on integrated application of multi-technology. RYY-E control system is such a kind of medical instrument used in treatment of mouth sufferer.First the significance of medical instrument development and configuration of RYY-E control system are introduced. Then difficulty in designing RYY-E control system is presented,such as dealing with a mount inputs and displays,orientation of electromotor,etc. Solidify light is a kind of medical device. We analyzed the traditional design of solidify light and the characters of RYY-E control system. And then the novel solidify light design is obtained,which makes use of system resource and saves the cost. The problems encountered in running of control system are also analyzed in theory. The arithmetic adopted in design is modified according analyzing conclusion and satisfies the design target in the end.The electromotor should realize the orientation for therapeutic function,which is a new question for discussion and is not published in any paper. A few designs are brought forward corresponding to the way position sampled and the best is adopted after comparing their advantages and disadvantages.The cooperating design of software and hardware,anti-interface and system-reliability design are also presented in this paper. In addition,the problems and resolvents of software and hardware development are put forward and analyzed.
