【摘要】 本文主要针对在当前的国际经济环境中分析比较中、美两国经济在体制与结构、人口与农业、资源与环境等各方面及两国的综合经济实力间的差距，讨论在21世纪世界经济知识化和全球化的过程中中国所面临的机遇，提出数种为此应做出选择的建议，并通过对《中美经济信息决策支持系统(S-UEIDSS)》建立计算机仿真，综合各方面数据提出了两国经济未来几十年的增长预期。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper primarily analyzes and compares the differences of China and USA economies from the system and construction, population and agriculture, resources and environment etc. aspect, and the synthesized economic strength, according to the current international economic environment. Then it discusses the challenges and opportunities that China will be faced with in the process of digitalization and globalization of the world economyin the 21st century, brings forward some feasible suggestions to deal with the choices, summaries and forecasts the future several decades’ economic growth trend of China and USA.更多还原
