交流仪表检测系统的研究

【摘要】 本课题来自辽宁省电力有限公司,开发高精度交流仪表自动化计量检测装置,以适应电力部门仪表检测需要。 本文详细介绍了所开发的三相高稳定性、高精度交流仪表检测系统,用其组建“标准”时构成简单等特点。可直接给出准确的单、三相电参数、进而大大提高检测效率及质量。给出了电气性能指标,交流标准装置应为三相输出标准源、使其可校验交流电压、交流电流、功率因数、三相三线有功功率、三相四线有功功率、无功及单相电能表,同时可校验工频频率表及相位表,在校验检测中充分发挥主机多能的作用。介绍了电路设计原理,并对其采用的主要技术特点进行了分析和讨论;针对仪器技术指标较高的特点,提出了检测验证方法,给出了性能测试结果;还设计了检测半自动化功能,利用微机与交流装置可组成半自动校验系统。利用RS-232接口,采用在Windows操作系统下用Visual Basic语言进行编程,能使检定工作的整个过程由微机控制进行半自动校验。使其具有测试、数据处理、数据存贮、证书打印、查询文档等功能;介绍了检测软件主要设计过程;利用误差理论分析了误差,详细介绍了不确定度的计算方法;介绍了利用Visual Basic软件技术对数字表进行半自动校验的实现方法及所应注意的问题,给出了程序校验流程图及部分程序。并对下一步的工作提出了设想。

【Abstract】 This item is issued by Liao Ning Electric Power Co. Ltd. for Developing level high accuracy automatic examination system for AC meter to meet the need of meter examination in electric department.In this paper, a 3-phase examination system for AC meters which hashigh stability and high accuracy and has characteristic of simplicity is introduced in details , it is easy to build a standard by this system.Because of the precise parameters of single phase and 3-phase can be read directly, the examination efficiency and quality are highly improved. Electric performance Index of the system is given. The AC standard equipment should be 3-phase output standard resource by which the AC voltage, AC current, power factor, 3-phase-3-line effective power, 3-phase-4-line effective power, reactive power and single phase Watt meter, working frequency and phase meter can be examined. The system makes full use of the main computer which has multi function in the examination. The design principle of the circuit is introduced and the technology feature of the circuit is analyzed and discussed. Facing to the characteristic of higher technology performance of the system, the examination method and performance test result are given. By RS-232 Interface and programming under the Windows operation system through VB language, the semi-automatic examination is achieved. In this system, there are much function including: test, data-process, data-storage, certificate-print, document-consult etc. The design process of the examination software is introduced. The error is analyzed. The calculation method of the uncertainty of the examination by error theory is introduced. The semi-automatic method to examine the digital meter by VB technique and the problems existed in the process are discussed. The program flow diagram and part of program are given. At last, the proposal of next step work is presented.
