【摘要】 本文以系统分析方法为基础，运用可持续发展的城市公共交通理论，对我国可持续发展的公共交通进行了详细的分析与研究。论文首先介绍了我国城市公共交通发展现状，分析了公共交通在我国城市交通系统中的地位和特点及公共交通系统的作用；接着介绍了可持续发展的城市公共交通研究方法，包括系统论和可持续发展的城市公共交通理论，说明了系统的含义与特征、系统评价的准则、系统分析的程序介绍、公共交通可持续发展的内涵以及系统能源消耗分析、大气环境影响评价、声环境影响评价和其他环境影响因素分析等内容；然后分析了我国城市公共交通存在的问题，阐明了实现其可持续发展的必要性，并提出了相应的对策；最后，对可持续发展的城市公共交通系统进行了比较深入的研究，包括对高度信息化社会条件下的城市交通需求的分析、可持续发展的公共交通模式和结构、可持续发展的城市公共交通线网规划体系和运行控制，以及信息化的城市公共交通系统等方面的内容，并结合成都市的公共交通现状对其如何实现可持续发展提出了相应的对策。 论文研究认为，城市交通可持续发展的核心问题在于资源与环境，建立整体协调的综合交通系统是实现可持续发展的必然途径，建立城市公共交通可持续发展目标函数并实现公交线网优化是解决大城市交通拥挤、乘车难问题，从而实现城市交通的可持续发展的一项投资少、见效快、易于实施的有效措施。 论文建立了科学的公交运行控制模型，实行科学的公交调度，对于完善城市交通环境、改进市民出行状况、提高公交公司的经济和社会效益，具有重要意义。 此外，采用信息技术、通信技术、计算机技术、控制技术等对传统交通运输系统进行深入的改造，以提高系统资源的使用效率、系统安全性，减少资源的消耗和环境污染，有利于缓解日益严重的交通需求和环境保护压力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the systemic analysis method, the author expatiates and analyses the continuous development in detail with continuous developing urban public transport theory. First, the author introduces the civil developing actuality and analyses its station, characters and function. Then a study method is introduced including systemic theory and continuous developing urban public transport theory. Here, the meanings and the characters, the guide line of systemic evaluation and the flow of systemic analysis, the connotation of continuous developing urban public transport, the energy source consume analysis, the influence evaluation of air environment, the influence evaluation of sound environment and other influence evaluation of environment is explained. And then the author analyses the problems in civil urban public transport and clarifies the need, at the same time, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. At last, the author makes a deep studying on the urban public transport system, including transport requirement analysis, continuous developing urban public transport style and frame, line scheduling system and operation control, and the informational urban public transport system. And the corresponding countermeasures are also put forward combining the public transport actuality of Chengdu City.It draws out the conclusions based on the analysis, namely, the core problem of continuous developing urban public transport lies in resources and environment, and the necessary approach is to build a whole harmony synthesis transport system. At the same time, optimizing the line scheduling system is the effect measure to resolve the jam problem and to reduce the investment. It is also prone to put in practice.At the same time, it is very important for transport environment perfect, inhabitant going out improvement and the economic and society benefit of public transport company.In addition, in order to improve the using effect and system safety, and to reduce the resource consume and environment pollution, the deep rebuild for traditional public transport system by information technology, communication technology, computer technology and control technology is propitious to slowness the pressures of increasingly serious traffic requirement and environment protect.更多还原
