山豆根中黄酮类成分的研究
Studies on the Flavonoids of Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis

【摘要】 山豆根是豆科植物越南槐Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep.的根及根茎。从山豆根中提取分离得到四个化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ。经UV、IR、MS、H~1-NMR等鉴别,证明化合物Ⅰ是羽扇豆醇,化合物Ⅱ是谷甾醇,化合物Ⅳ是三叶豆紫檀甙。其中化合物Ⅳ为黄酮类化合物。 首次以三叶豆紫檀甙为对照品建立了山豆根的薄层色谱鉴别方法;首次建立了用高效液相色谱法以三叶豆紫檀甙为对照品测定山豆根含量的方法,并进行了方法学的考察,证明本方法准确、简便、能用于控制山豆根的质量。
【Abstract】 Radix sophorae tonkinensis is the radix and rhizoma of Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep. Four compounds (compound I, II, III, IV )are isolated from Radix sophorae tonkinensis. After tested by UV, IR, MS, H1-NMR spectrum, compound I is identified Lupeol, compound II is identified 3 -sistosterol, compound IV is identified Trifolirhizin. And compound IV is isoflavonoids.For the first time we build the thin layer chromatography (TLC) identification method comparison with Trifolirhizin; and for the first time we build the High pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC) method comparison with Trifolirhizin to determine the content of Radix sophorae tonkinensis .After investigated the methods, our studies indicated that these methods are accurate, simple, good at control the quality of Radix sophorae tonkinensis.
