壳聚糖的水溶改性及其性能研究

【摘要】 甲壳素/壳聚糖是一类资源丰富的天然高聚物,由于它们具有独特的化学和生物特性,对其产品的开发研究已引起越来越多的国家和研究机构的重视。本文利用马来酸酐,以醋酸和丙酮为反应介质,在均相条件下对壳聚糖进行水溶性N—酰化改性,制备了一系列完全水溶或部分水溶的N—酰化壳聚糖衍生物;用红外光谱和紫外光谱对其结构进行了表征;讨论了反应条件(反应摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度、HAc浓度)对产物性能的影响;研究了部分产物的等电点、吸湿性、保湿性和在不同pH值溶液中的溶解性;同时考察了浓度、剪切速率、温度、时间、pH值及盐对溶液流变学性质的影响。

【Abstract】 Chitin and the deacetylated form , chitosan are a kind of rich natural polymers .They have recently attracted great attention of numerous investigators in different countries because of their unique chemical and biological properties. A series of N-maleoyl chitosan was synthesized through the reaction of malic anhydride and chitosan in homogeneous solution .These derivatives are completely or partly soluble in water .FTIR spectrometer and UV spectrometer are used to characterize the structure of the derivatives .The influence of reaction conditions such as the mol ratio of reactants ,the time ,the temperature and the concentration of HAc on the properties of products are discussed .Some products’ isoelectric point, hygroscopicity ,retention characteristic and the solubility in different pH solutions are studied here .At the same time ,the influence of concentration ,shear rate ,temperature ,time , the pH ,and salt on the rheological properties are also investigated.
