地下卷取机主参数研究及计算机辅助设计

【摘要】 地下卷取机(Down Coiler)是卷取带钢的重要设备,其用途是把轧制后的成品热轧带钢卷成钢卷。该设备广泛应用在带钢热连轧线、薄板坯连铸连轧线、中板坯连铸连轧线和炉卷轧机生产线上。该课题根据国内外地下卷取机的发展状况,针对国内缺乏设计能力的现状进行研究,目的是从理论上根本解决地下卷取机的设计问题。其主要工作如下:(1)根据带钢的弹塑性弯曲变形原理和成卷机理,分析了地下卷取机的工作原理。(2)应用带钢在弯曲变形时的弹性、弹塑性和塑性三种不同的变形状况,得到了带钢的塑性渗透率、弯曲曲率和弯曲力矩间的关系式、以及挠曲线和转角计算公式。(3)建立了带钢被夹送辊、卷筒和助卷辊弯曲时,带钢的一次弯曲和二次弯曲力学模型和数学模型,分析了卷取机的主要力能参数和结构参数。(4)利用这些弹塑性弯曲变形数学模型计算的主要参数有:1)夹送辊咬入带钢的条件;2)上、下夹送辊直径;3)上、下夹送辊之间的偏转角和偏移距;4)下夹送辊中心和卷筒中心的相互位置;5)1#、2#和3#助卷辊与卷筒之间的位置;6)1#助卷辊的摆动臂支点位置。(5)在理论分析的基础上,利用Visual C++ 6.0语言编写了相应的计算机设计分析软件.。设计功能在于,设计时可以进行地下卷取机的主要结构参数和力能参数计算。其分析功能在于,可以变换不同的参数,对卷取机的主要结构参数和力能参数进行预算。帮助设计人员分析论证各种参数匹配的合理性。通过分析研究,从理论上解决了地下卷取机主要结构参数的基本设计问题,完善和提高了设计技术水平。成果具有新颖性、创造性和先进性,达到了国内领先水平。并且使我国的重机业能够独立自主地进行卷取机的整体设计,改变了我国设计上长期依赖国外技术的局面,具备了参与国际竞争的能力。
【Abstract】 Down coiler is one of the most important equipment for coiling strip. It is used to coil hot strip into coilers, and widely used in hot strip mill, thin and middle thickness slab cast&rolling mill, and steckel-mill.Under the circumstance of the developing level of Down coiler and lacking design ability in domestic, this working task is carried out. Its aim is to solve the basic design problem of Down coiler from theory. The main researching work is as following.(1) Analyse the working method and producing technique of down coiler according to the theory of elastic-plastic bending deformation and the principle of coiling strip.(2) Apply the three different strip-bending deformation states(elasticity, elasticity-plasticity, plasticity)to gain several important formulas, such as the formulas for ROPI (the ratio of plasticity infiltrating), for bending curvature and torque, and for bending curve and deflexion-angle.(3) Create the mathematics and mechanics model which reflect the first and second bending and analyse the main mechanics and structure parameter of Down coiler. (4) The main parameter which can be calculated using this mathematic model that we have created include:1) The condition that strip can be brought into pinch rolls;2) The diameter of top-bottom pinch rolls;3) The deflexion-angle and the deflexion-distance of top-bottom pinch rolls;4) The distance between two centers of bottom pinch roll and mandrel;5) The position of arm-fulcrum of 1# wrapper etc. (5) Basing upon the theory and mathematical models, we have written the program for designing and analysis using C++ language, finally made it into a stander functional software. This software can be applied to calculate the main construction and mechanics parameters of Down coiler when designers work. The analysis function can change the basal parameters to calculate the main construction and mechanics parameters, then get the varieties of updated<WP=6>results which can be analysed in detail. It helps designers to analyse and demonstrate the rationality of different parameters matching.This research task solved the basic design problem about the main construct parameters of Down coiler from theory, consummated and enhanced the level of design technology. The design method and its achievement have some characters in novelty, creativity and advantage, and keep ahead in domestic. The task causes national heavy industry can design the important parameters of Down coiler independently, and changes the phase of relying on developed countries on designing, and enhances our country’s international competition.
