【摘要】 全球化现象的加剧使城市的城市面貌越来越相同，城市特色正在消失是我们今天面临的一个严峻的问题。 随着重庆被批准为直辖市、三峡工程的开工建设和西部大开发战略的实施，众多的重庆城镇掀起了一轮城镇开发建设热潮。如何在建设中塑造重庆城镇的风貌特色，避免“千城一面”现象的出现是一项摆在我们面前的紧急任务。 城市风貌是通过自然景观、人造景观和人文景观而反映出来的城市传统、文化和城市生活的环境特征。 建构指的是在某种认识程度的支持下，运用各种手段以达到某一目的。 风貌的建构是在把握城镇风貌构成要素的基础上，运用城镇风貌规划与设计方法以及风貌建设与管理手段去营造城镇风貌的过程。 论文在作者实地考察、掌握大量资料的基础上完成，论文全文分为五章。 第一章是绪论，主要介绍目前国内外对城镇风貌研究的状况及本论文写作的目的、内容、方法和意义。 第二章论述对城镇风貌的认知。本章主要从风貌构成要素方面论述重庆传统城镇的风貌特征，说明重庆城镇是依山傍水、人文和自然景观丰富的城镇。 第三章论述对城镇风貌的规划和设计方法。在本章中作者提出整体性、延续性、引导性等城镇风貌规划设计方法，从空间和时间上保证营建风格连续、面貌良好的城镇空间特色。 第四章论述对城镇风貌的建设与管理。本章首先指出目前重庆城镇风貌建设与管理中存在的问题，然后针对粗放型的建设与管理状况，提出城市经营等改善管理的方法并说明这些方法在重庆城镇风貌建构中的具体运用，最后归纳重庆城镇风貌建构的原则和程序。 第五章结合两个实践工程，说明整体性、延续性、引导性的规划设计方法在具体实践中的运用，并总结目前重庆城镇风貌建设的共同特点。 论文最后提出，山水城镇是重庆城镇风貌建构的目标。 论文正文约60000字，插图共134幅。更多还原

【Abstract】 City features are more and more similar as a result of intensified globalization. Thus, the fading away of the city features is a severe problem in front of us.A vigorous development and construction campaign has been unfolded in many areas in Chongqing since it became the municipality under the central government, and since the Three Gorges Project and the strategies of developing the West were carried out. The urgent task we are now faced with is how to shape the city features as well as avoid the similarities in the development and construction process.City features are environmental characteristics of culture and city life and city traditions, reflected by natural landscapes, artificial landscapes and humanistic landscapes.Based on a grasp of the city feature constituents, the overall plans and designs of the city and the construction and management methods are employed during the construction process of the city view.Construction is a process of achieving a target by some means and with some cognition.This paper based on many on-the-spot investigations and enormous reference materials. It consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the exordium. It mainly narrates the status about current researches on features construction of cities and towns in our country and aboard. It also narrates the purpose, content, the meaning of this paper and the ways of the research.The second chapter narrates the cognition of features construction of cities and towns. It mainly discusses the character of cities and towns in Chongqing. It shows that cities and towns in Chonqing are hill cities and hill towns near to rivers with abundant civil and nature sights.The third chapter narrates ways of planning and designing for features of cities and towns. In this chapter, the author brought forwards some ways of planning and design such as integer, continuance and introduction. By these means, we can gain continue style and batter features of cities and towns.The fourth chapter discusses management of the process of features construction, in this chapter, the author first pointed out some problem in the building and management of features construction of cities and towns in Chongqing, then, in order toinmeliorate the gross situation, the author brought forwards some ways such as City Operation and illuminated how to use these ways. Last, the author concluded the principle and procedure of features construction of cities and towns in Chongqing.The fifth chapter shows us how to use the planning and design ways such as integer, continuance and introduction in real project by two practice projects as samples. It summed up the same trait in the current building for features of cities and towns in Chongqing.Last, the author draw a conclusion that cities and towns with mountain and water landscapes is the target for features construction of cities and towns in Chongqing.134illustrations, approximately 60,000 words.更多还原
