室内气流通风效率的三维数值分析

【摘要】 室内通风效率的研究,对于全室通风或空调的设计效果都有着重要意义,众多研究表明它与室内空气品质有直接的关系。本文企图在前人的基础上,通过建立相应的数学模型,用流体流动数值计算方法来模拟室内三维的紊态气流中的污染物浓度分布,进而分析计算室内的通风效率,得出通风效率较好的室内气流组织形式。在收集国内外在这一领域内的大量资料的基础上,通过分析与比较,采用了K-双方程模型来研究室内气流的浓度分布,建立了描写稳态的三维紊流室内气流浓度分布的数学模型,采用控制容积法和幂函数分布方案来离散微分方程组,按压力藕合方程的半隐式法(SIMPLE)算法,用C 语言编写了计算室内气流流场和温度场、浓度场的通用程序,并在Microsoft VisualC++ 6.0环境下对程序进行编制、调试与运行,并对调试工作做了探讨与分析。对所研究的具有单个固定污染源的典型房间的室内通风,通过对异侧上送上排、上送下排以及同侧上送下排等几种方式下,建立相应的边界条件并划分网格,运用编制的程序对它们进行数值模拟,所得的计算结果再用Excel软件分别进行显示与处理,得到相应条件下的流场、浓度场,而后再算出相应的通风效率。从排污效果的角度上来看,分析得出这几种方式下较好的送排风方式是同侧上送下排方式。从得到的流场、浓度场分布的趋势来看与实际大体一致,计算的通风效率与已经有的实验值大体相吻合,说明本文所采用的数学模型合理,计算方法基本可靠。
【Abstract】 The research of the ventilation efficiency is great important to the design of ventilating and air-conditioning engineering. many researches show that the Indoor Air Quality have close relation to the ventilation efficiency. based these researches acquired and using a mathmatical model, this thesis tries to research the contaminant concentration distributions of three -dimention indoor turbulent flow by means of computational fluid dynamics and heat transfer,and then works out the ventilation efficiency. A better desired ventilation form is acquired by comparing the three efficiency values .On the basis of recently materials collected in the field at home and abroad ,this paper adopts two-equation turbulence model by analysis and comparison,and sets up mathematical model to study three-dimentional indoor turbulent flow.Control-volume method and power-law scheme is used to discrete these differential equations. According to semi-implicit method for pressure-linked equations (SIMPLE algorithm),author writes a general program in C language for simulation of the velocity profile,temperature and pollution concentration distributions of indoor airflow ,and the writing, the debugging and the running of the program.all are completed in Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 environment. Then author discusses the writing and debugging of the program.The ventilation of a typical chamber with a stable fixed pollutant emission is studied by founding different boundary conditions (here,they are the both up inlet and outlet on opposite side,the up-inlet and down-outlet on opposite side and the up-inlet and down-outlet on the same side .). and accordingly dividing different grids.Using the program, the velocity values and the pollution concentration values of the chamber are worked out . Then by using the Excel software,we get the figures of the velocity profile and pollution concentration distribution of different sections, and get the ventilation efficencies of the three ventilation forms.As view from the efficiency of the draining pollution, a desired ventilation is regarded as the up-inlet and down-outlet on the same side after compairing the three ventilation efficiency .The trend of the velocity profile and the pollution concentration distribution both are basically identical with the practice,and the numerical results of the ventilation efficency accord with the ones studied by prof. Ma Renming. It is concluded that the mathematical model and<WP=6>numerical method adopted in this article is reasonable and reliable.
