瓦斯监控系统的研制

【摘要】 随着瓦斯灾害防治和瓦斯利用问题的日益突出,煤矿瓦斯抽放和利用的研究将得到快速发展。我国目前大多数瓦斯抽放或加压泵房的大型机电设备和储气设施,都是靠人工昼夜看守,稍有疏忽,就会发生事故;抽放管道的瓦斯浓度,抽放流量等重要参数也只能定期进行人工测算,不便于管理。煤炭行业迫切需要一种集中化、智能化、高可靠性的监控系统。本文研究的瓦斯抽放及利用自动监控系统就是在这种情况下产生的。 本文全面的考虑了监控系统工作环境的特殊性以及复杂可编程逻辑器件和微控制器的特性,提出了双微控制器加双复杂可编程逻辑器件的总体设计方案。该方案集数据采集、分析处理、控制、显示、报警及数据通信于一体,可以保证系统能高效、稳定的实现项目的所有要求。根据该方案设计出的瓦斯监控系统主板及相关子板,按照客户方要求实现了多种信号的采集和数据的综合判定、处理,控制相应的执行机构,将所有数据集中显示并上传计算机,同时提供必要的声光报警,借助通信协议实现了各模块间的通信等功能。复杂可编程逻辑器件的合理应用,保证了系统的可靠性,对系统功能的实现起到了极为重要作用。本系统还运用电力载波通信芯片(将信道改为电话线路)实现了数据远程通信。在设计中,将软件工程学的一些思想和方法运用到系统软件设计的全过程,为软件设计、测试和维护带来了很大的方便。 本文较详细的论述了该系统的硬件和软件设计。鉴于复杂可编程逻辑器件的重要性及特殊性,将其单独成章。最后得出结论,并提出了对后续工作的几点想法。 该系统已有五套交付客户使用。经过近六个月的现场运行,五套系统工作均完全正常,受到用户的充分肯定和高度评价。目前用户反馈的信息表明,该系统已经带来可观的经济效益和社会效益。
【Abstract】 With the increase of demands to prevent gas calamities and to make use of gas, the research on gas deflation in coal mines will be developed fast. At present, most large mechanical-electric facilities of gas deflation and facilities of gas storage are overwatched by labor in our country. A little carelessness will lead to accidents; and the important parameters such as the gas thickness in the deflation pipeline and deflation flow capacity must be calculated termly by labor, which results in the inconvenience in administration. Coal industry urgently needs a kind of centralized and intelligentized monitor and control system which also has high reliability. The research on the Monitor and Control System of Gas in this paper are occurring in the situation above.The particularity of working environment of the system and the speciality of the Complex Programmable Logical Device (CPLD) and the Micro-Control Unit (MCU), is wholely considered in this paper, and the design scheme of double CPLDs and double MCUs is employed. This scheme integrates data-sampling, analyse and processing, controlling as well as data-communication, which allows the system to satisfy all demands of the project effectively and stably. According to the requirements of our customer, the Monitor and Control System of Gas and related sub-boards designed on the basis of the scheme can sample various signals and can determinate and process data synthetically. It also can control relevant executive part of the system and display all data and transmit them to the computer. At the same time, it can provide necessary sound and light alarm and can realize the communication between all modules by means of communication agreements. The reasonable application of the CPLD ensures the reliability of the system, and it is of great importance in the realization of system functions. This system use electric power carrier wave communication chips, the channels between which are changed to telephone lines, to realize the long-distance communication of data. In the process of design, some ideas and methods of the software engineering are applied to software design of the system, which makes the design, test and maintenance of software much more easy.This paper discusses the design of hardware and software of the system in detail. The CPLD is described in a chapter independently because of its importance and particularity. A conclusion is obtained at the last of the paper, several proposals of following work are given, too.To this day, five sets of this system have been used by our customer for about six months. All of them are operating normally and get full satisfaction and high praise of customers. Now feedback information from customers indicates that the Monitor and Control System for Gas has gained considerable economic and social benefits.
