供应链管理中库存控制策略及管理绩效评价

【摘要】 21世纪的竞争是供应链之间的竞争,而供应链之间的竞争是基于时间和客户需求的竞争,库存管理则是提高供应链集成化、敏捷化和快速响应市场需求的关键因素。供应链库存管理分为单级库存和多级库存控制,通过大量的独立需求EOQ模型及供应链库存模型文献综述,结合我国企业供应链管理实施现状,分析了当前供应链环境下库存管理中存在的问题;针对一个制造商和多个零售商的二级供应链系统,当制造商处于主导地位时,会追求其自身最大利润而确定其生产决策,此时库存控制问题实质为供应链中制造商单级库存管理;制造商在多数零售商耐烦期较长时,有一定仓库出空期,则在供应链管理环境下,制造商仓库出空期间的库存成本分为因延期交货而产生的短缺成本和由丢单引起的机会成本,建立了供应链环境下部分短缺量拖后且非瞬时补货库存系统的EOQ存贮模型;将其应用于企业库存控制实践,采用企业实际库存数据,分析了丢单系数(对模型最优解的影响;然后通过建立供应链上下游企业完全信息静态博弈模型,分析在供应链管理模式下,双方采用合作策略才能实现"双赢";按照供应链管理的集成度,分别阐述了供应商管理库存(VMI)、联合库存管理、多级库存优化以及协同规划、预测与补给(CPFR)的管理思想、作业流程及实施措施等;最后针对当前供应链管理中缺乏对库存管理系统绩效评价体系,结合库存管理的复杂性与特殊性,提出了供应链库存控制绩效评价原则,研究确定了供应链环境下库存控制绩效评价指标体系;通过AHP法确定其相应权重,建立了供应链环境下的库存控制绩效模糊综合评判模型;并运用C++语言对模型编制了相应的计算程序,并具有一定的通用性,可适用于不同行业,为供应链企业管理提供决策依据。
【Abstract】 The competition in 21st century is the competition among supply chains that is on the base of time and consumer requirement. The inventory management is the key to improve the integration, agility and quick response to the market of supply chain.The inventory management of Supply chain can be divided into single-echelon and multi-echelon inventory control. After studying a great deal of literatures on EOQ model and inventory model of supply chain, it is put forward that the present problem in the inventory management of supply chain considerating the present status of supply chain management. When the supplier is dominant, the inventory management of the two echelon supply chain which consists of one supplier and many retailers in fact is the single-echelon inventory control and the EOQ is still an effective inventory management method and an EOQ model on partial backlogging and non-instantaneous replenishment is established, of which it is more reasonable to assume the loss of without commodity in the warehouse divided into two parts: the opportunity cost due to lost sales and the shortage cost. The model is applied to the CQZC Co. Moreover, it is analyzed the effect of parameter ( on the optimal solution of the EOQ model. Also, it is proved that the necessity of cooperation between the company in supply chain through the game model. According to the integrated degree of SCM, it is set forth the policy, operation flow of the multi-echelon inventory optimization, VMI, joint management inventory and CFPR. Considering the absence of the evaluation performance on inventory management in supply chain, it is presented that the performance evaluating principle and the evaluating index. This paper makes certain the rate of the evaluating index with AHP method and evaluates the performance of inventory management of supply chain through the illegibility synthesis judge method. Finally, it is programmed that the computation program for the illegibility synthesis judge method to evaluating the performance of supply chain inventory management with C++ computer language, which can be used in many industries and is good to decision-making of SCM.
