支持智能ERP系统的MAS结构若干问题研究

【摘要】 Agent技术是分布式人工智能研究中的新兴技术,有关Agent和多Agent系统的应用研究已成为国内外一个生机勃勃的研究领域,并在经济管理等方面取得了一定的成绩。本论文在福建省重点科技发展项目“自定义智能ERP(ERP:Enterprise Resource Planning)系统软件的研制及应用”(编号:2001H025)的资助下进行的。本论文首先介绍了ERP系统领域中的一些概念,以此为基础,提出了智能ERP系统的概念。为了实现智能ERP系统的目标,本论文提出了采用多Agent技术的解决方案,对支持智能ERP系统的MAS(MAS:Multi-Agent System)结构的一些问题提出了相应的解决方法。 第一章介绍了本论文的研究背景及主要研究内容。 第二章阐述了ERP系统中的若干概念,指出ERP系统及软件的一些不足之处,提出智能ERP系统概念。并引入多Agent技术,以支持智能ERP系统的实现。 第三章介绍了Agent及多Agent技术的一些基础理论,对MAS中的一些关键问题进行详细的说明。 第四章结合企业的组织结构和业务流程,提出了支持智能ERP系统的MAS三层结构,并对MAS三层结构进行了详细的说明。紧接着本章成功地把协调理论应用到MAS模型的获取方法中,提出基于依赖关系的模型获取方法,并以一个实例详细地说明了模型的获取步骤。同时,本章提出了评价MAS结构性能的约束条件,并对MAS结构的动态一致性进行了语义上的论证。 第五章在介绍遗传算法的基础上,本章针对MAS子任务分配算法的特殊性,引入“局部搜索—均值”算子,优化了该问题的算法求解。并给出了比较的仿真结果,证实本文算法改进的有效性。 第六章采用JAVA技术,定义和实现智能ERP系统的几个基本Agent类,并以一个产品销售模拟系统形象地描述了MAS中Agent之间的通信情况。 最后,本论文总结了全文的研究工作,并提出相应的后继研究工作。 为了充分论述支持智能ERP系统的MAS结构及相关问题,本论文始终以福建三明钢铁集团劳动服务公司的销售处为实例背景,从而体现出本论文所做研究工作的意义及价值。

【Abstract】 Agent is a new technology in the research of DAI (DAI t Di stributed Artificia1Inte1ligence ). The research and app1ication of agent has been emp1oyed ina 1ot of fie1ds. And there is a big progress made in the fie1d of economicmanagement. This thesis is funded by the Province Project of High Techno1ogyResearch & Deve1opment in Fujian, named design of se1f--defined inte1l igentERP software (No: 2001H025). First, this thesis introduces some basicconceptions in ERP system. And based on it, this thesis brings forward a newconception of inte11igent ERP system. In order to rea1ize the object ofinte11igent ERP system, Multi--agent is emp1oyed. And some re1ated prob1emswith MAS (MAS: Mu1ti--Agent System) wi11 be made a detai1.The first chapter of this thesis indicates the background and the mainresearch work in this thesis.The second chapter of this thesi s introduces several conceptions in theMAS. Also some shortcomings in the ERP system & software are pointed out. Basedon these, this thesis brings forward the new conception of intelligent ERPsystem with the techno1ogy of agent supporting its realization.The third chapter of this thesis introduces some theory about MAS and somekey problems in MAS are a1so expounded in a detail.The fourth chapter of this thesis puts forward a three--tier structure ofMAS to support the inte1ligent ERP system. And this thesis makes a detai1 aboutevery tier in MAS. In order to get a reasonab1e and practica1 MAS mode1, thetheory of coordination is employed in the method successfu11y. The method isbased on the dependencies among agents in MAS. And with an examp1e, this methodis exp1ained steps by steps. At the same time, the consistency of the dynamicMAS is testified with the restriction.The fifth chapter of this thesis presented tasksWea11ocation in MAS and theGA to solve the prob1em is il1uminated. With the groundwork, this thesisadvances an improved GA with a’ 1oca1--searching & average’ operator. Andthe simu1ation resu1t wi11 testify the effect of the improved GA.The sixth chapter of this thesis employs JAVA to rea1ize the basic c1assof agent in MAS. And a simulation system is made in this thesis.1nter--communications among agents are described vi sua11y in thi s simu1at ionsy s tem.The last chapter of thi s thesi s summarizes the research work of thi s thesi s.And future research work is put forward based on re1ated research project.With the background of research project--App1 ication of Inte11 igent ERPIISystem in Labor Servi ce Company of Sanming Irion & Stee1 Group, the researchwork made in this thesis is expounded at 1ength and proves to be va1uab1e ands i gn if i cant.
