高技术企业创新文化发展模式初探

【摘要】 本文以高技术企业创新文化发展模式为主题,探索高技术企业创新文化发展与企业发展阶段之间的内在关系。全文研究分为三部分:理论导出、理论假设、和实证研究。 在理论导出部分,本文从企业创新文化发展现状中存在的问题入手,提出企业创新文化的社会学定义;通过剖析企业创新文化的内涵,认为企业创新文化有其内在的脆弱性;在发展中国家的经济环境下,“企业创新文化”研究必须与“利于创新的基层文化”研究相结合。 在理论假设部分,本文将企业创新文化发展划分为自由发挥、制度化和主动创新三个阶段,提出“企业创新文化”、“利于创新的基层文化”与“企业发展阶段”三变量相结合的理论假设。 在实证研究部分,本文通过对国内22家高技术企业的问卷及访谈调查,描绘出高技术企业创新文化发展模式的通则性曲线,并辅以个案解释,得出“质的研究”和“量的研究”综合的实证结论;并依据访谈启示,对理论研究进行补充。 在全文的结尾,讨论了本文研究的实践意义、创新与不足之处,并对企业创新文化研究的未来发展方向作了理论上的展望。

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the growing pattern of innovative culture in high-tech enterprises of P.RC,in order to explore the insidious relations between enterprise innovative culture and the process of enterprises’ development under the background that P.R.C is still a developing country. The whole paper includes three parts:theoretical discussion,theoretical proposition and empirical research.In the first part,this paper gives out a new definition of enterprise innovative culture from the standpoint of Sociology,based on an empirical research on what are the weaknesses in the existing enterprise culture of high-tech enterprises in P.R.C. Through analyzing the characteristics of innovative culture,this paper concludes that enterprise innovative culture is relatively difficult to be prompted in developing countries. Based on this conclusion,the research of enterprise innovative culture is related to that of common enterprise culture,which will do well to innovationIn the second part,this paper divides the whole growing process of enterprise innovative culture into three stages:free stage,structured stage and organic stage;three theoretical propositions about enterprise innovative culture and the three stages are put forward.The third part is about empirical research,including quantitative research and qualitative research,which two are conducted independently in the same period,the former provides general analysis and the latter focuses on exceptional explanation With empirical data and information collected from 22 high-tech firms and corporations in P.R.C,the general growing pattern of enterprise innovative culture in high-tech enterprises of PRC is described. In additional,the third part also pays attention to other factors maybe influencing enterprise innovative culture to some degree,which are not mentioned in the former parts but emphasized by interviewees,in order that the empirical conclusion can be more exact and systematic.In the end of this paper,the limitations and highlights of the whole research are outlaid;the implication and further research are discussed.
