刮板输送机动态设计软件开发

Development of Software on Dynamic Design for Scraper Conveyor

【摘要】 随着大功率、大运量、高强度刮板输送机的出现,传统的刮板输送机设计方法已不能满足实际工程需要,势必会对刮板输送机的分析与设计提出更高的要求-动态设计。本文运用动态分析与设计思想,建立了比较完善的刮板输送机动态设计理论并开发出相应的动态设计软件。其主要内容如下:用有限元方法建立了刮板输送机子系统及整个系统的离散体动力学模型;应用模态分析法求解系统的固有频率和振型;对四种非稳定工况下的动态特性进行计算机仿真,得出整个刮板输送机在任意点的位移、速度、加速度和动张力。本文使用Visual Basic6. 0语言编写了动态设计程序以及与Matlab 6. 1的接口程序,用户在安装本软件后,只需输入原始数据,就可以得到相应的动态特性值及图形显示。

【Abstract】 Being towards high driving power, large carrying capacity and high intensity in the continuous transports, traditional scraper conveyor can not meet with the practical engineering requirement. So it need advanced technique of scraper conveyor analysis and design梔ynamic design.This paper uses the thought of dynamic analysis and design to make a comparatively perfect theory of dynamic design for scraper conveyor. On the basis of the theory above the software of dynamic design for scraper conveyor is developed. Its main contents is as follow: Firstly, it makes the discrete model for the subsystems of the scraper conveyor and the whole system with the finite element method; Secondly, the modal analysis method is used to obtain the inhere frequency and mode of the viberation; Finally, computer simulation is applied to get the displacement, velocity, acceleration and tension of the anyplace on the scraper conveyor for the four special working condition. And this paper uses the Visual Basic 6.0 and Matlab 6.1 to develop the practical software. In order to get the value of the dynamic design and the figure the user only need put into the original parameters.
