旋风除尘器结构尺寸优化设计的研究

【摘要】 国内、外现有的旋风除尘器结构尺寸设计方法有多种,归纳起来均为经验型和半经验型设计,前者没有数学模型作指导,后者数学模型不完善。基于目前情况,本文以Leith半经验设计法为基础,对其进行改进和完善,用数学规划理论进行旋风除尘器结构尺寸的优化设计。对优化设计变量、目标函数、约束条件、旋风除尘器性能建立一体化的优化设计数学模型,以计算机为工具,用VisualC++编制程序,求解此数学模型,得出符合设计要求的旋风除尘器优化结构尺寸。并从理论和实验两方面进行了验证。
【Abstract】 In present,There are many kinds of the configuration size design methods of cyclone separator in domestic and abroad,but they are experimental and half-experimental. The former has no mathmatical model,The later s mathmatical model isn t perfect. According to present situation,this thesis is based on Leith s design method,improves it and figures out the optimum design of cyclone separator in methmatical theory. The integratively mathmatical model of optimum design is established,which includes optimum design variable,aim function,restraining condition and performance of cyclone separator. The mathmatical model is soluted by the coding in Visual C++ on computer. In the end,we obtain the optimum configuration size of cyclone separator which conforms to the design needs. The conclusion is validated through experiment and theory.
