【摘要】 正如质量管理学家J.M.Juran所说，21世纪是质量的世纪。尤其是随着全球化经济和科学技术的发展，质量概念以及质量管理的内涵正在发生巨大变化。人们赋予质量以越来越多的关注，质量管理业已成为企业生产经营活动的关键环节。然而与国际上具有先进技术和管理水平的企业相比，我国企业的质量管理基础薄弱，存在着产品质量水平低、质量管理工作不规范、质量管理手段落后等严重不足。既使那些已经通过了ISO系列认证或实施全面质量管理的企业，也缺乏系统性应用质量管理思想和工具的能力，以及能够连续改进产品/服务质量的工作机制。因而在现代经济技术环境下，企业如何提高产品质量并增强其质量管理能力是一个迫切需要解决并值得研究的课题。为此，本论文依据集成化思想，从企业质量管理工作的特性出发，全局考虑与质量管理工作相关的各方面影响因素，提出了以制造企业为研究对象的集成化质量管理系统。 首先，本论文讨论了质量概念的演变、现代经济技术环境对质量管理工作所提出的新要求、以及我国企业在质量管理方面的不足。 其次，在对制造企业质量管理工作的机制、功能和信息流进行深入分析的基础上，本论文提出了制造企业集成化质量管理系统的总体框架，并讨论了该集成化质量管理系统的功能结构和信息流程。 然后本论文详细探讨了构成集成化质量管理系统的三个部分，即集成化质量管理理论体系、方法体系和支撑平台的内容。 最后根据以上对集成化质量管理系统的分析，本论文提出了针对应用企业实际特点和需求的集成化质量管理系统改善方案。 本论文研究的目的在于，通过建立集成化质量管理系统，企业可以系统性应用先进的质量管理思想和科学的质量管理方法，增强企业整体质量管理能力，提高其提供的产品/服务质量水平，最终赢得市场竞争优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 As J.M.Juran has said, tile 21st century is the century of quality. Especially with the development of global economy and science & technology, the concept of quality and quality management has changed a lot. Quality has been given more and more attention and quality management has become the critical part of the enterprises’ production and business activities. However compared with the International enterprises of advanced technological and managerial capability, the domestic enterprises are unsubstantial in many aspects, such as the poor quality of products, the non-standard working procedure and the backward means of quality management, etc. Even the enterprises authenticated by the ISO and/or implementing TQM, still lack the capability of systematically applying the quality management thoughts and quality tools , and the mechanism of continuously improving product/service quality . Therefore under today’s knowledge economic environments, how to improve the product quality and enhance the capacity of quality management is an issue that pressingly needs solving and deserves deep researches. Then based on the thoughts of integration and tile characteristics of quality management activities, the thesis has balanced all the factors pertaining to quality management and purposed the integrated quality Management System with the manufacturing enterprises as research objects.At first, the thesis discussed the development of the concept of quality, the new requirements for quality management under today’s economic and technological environment, and the insufficiency of the domestic enterprises’ quality management.Based on the analysis of enterprise’ quality management system’s working mechanism, functions and information process, the thesis presented the overall configuration of enterprises’ Integrated Quality Management System. Furthermore it discussed the function structure and information flow of the integrated Quality Management System.Then, the thesis did the detailed researches on the thoughts setup, methods setup and supporting basement, which compromise the system.Finally according to the above analysis, the thesis presented the improving plans for the applied enterprise, in view of its features and demands.By building up the Integrated Quality Management System, the enterprises could systematically apply the advanced thoughts and scientific methods to enhance the capability of quality management and improve the quality of products and services, and then gain the advantages in market competition.
