复掺HPC配制技术与矿物细掺料超叠效应研究

【摘要】 本文运用均匀设计法研究了多组分矿物细掺料高性能混凝土的配制技术,并以力学性能与塌落度为综合指标采用回归分析方法和MATLIB优化方法确定出多组分矿物细掺料在HPC中的最优配比关系,水泥:矿渣:粉煤灰:硅灰:膨胀剂:3:1:1:0.2:0.02。用这一比例关系我们配制出塌落度达130mm、早期强度高、后期强度增长幅度大的高性能混凝土,其7d、28d和56d的抗压强度分别为47.55MPa、71.05MPa和88.8MPa,后期强度增长率可达到25%。采用超声波混凝土检测技术测得试件28d的最大波速值为5376m/s;试件最小波速也达到了4386m/s,这表明本试验所获得的混凝土试件的密实程度是相当高的。此外,本文详细地探讨了多组分矿物细掺料在HPC中的超叠加效应。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the confecting technique on many ingredients’ HPC was studied,and the optimum ratio of many ingredients in HPC was confirmed by regression method in SPSS and optimizing method in MATLIB,considering mechanics performance of high performance concrete and collapsing slump of HPC mixture. C:BF:FA:SF:UEA=3:1:1:0.2:0.02. We confected out HPC with the ratio. Its collapsing slump is 130mm,the values of its fc are 47.5MPa in 7d,81.5MPa in 28d and 94.0MPa in 56d respectively. The developing ratio of its long-term fc is up to 25%. And the ultrasonic velocity was inspected out by way of ultrasonic-concrete technique:the maximum value was 5376m/s;the minimum was 4386m/s. This explained that HPC in the experiments was very close-grained. Furthermore,the super-compound effects on fine mineral mixture in HPC were discussed detailedly.
