【摘要】 耗竭性资源地区产业结构调整是目前我国战略性结构调整中的一个重要问题。在经济体制转轨的过程中，耗竭性资源地区在全国的经济地位和作用逐渐下降，这与这些地区产业结构调整滞后是密不可分的。阜新市作为全国耗竭型资源地区产业结构转型的试点城市，他的经验将对我国面临同样困境的耗竭型资源地区产生重要的影响。因此，探讨阜新市的产业结构现状、存在的问题以及如何加以调整便成了本文的核心问题。本文共五部分：首先是问题的提出及研究的思路；其次是关于产业结构的基础理论；第三是阜新市经济现状；第四是阜新市产业结构分析；第五是阜新市产业结构调整的对策；最后结论与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adjusting the structure of industries in exhaustible-resource-area is an important in the present procedure of Chinese strategic adjustment of structure. Exhaustible-resource-area’s economic position and function over China has declined during the transposition of economic system. Which is closely related to the lag of adjustment of industrial structure. Therefore,it becomes the central issue of this essay to search for the present state of and the problems in the industrial structure as well as the adjustment of the industrial structure in exhaustible-resource-area. The essay is divided into 6 parts. Part 1:The raising of the problem and the procedure of the research. Part 2:The basic theory concerned with industrial structure in exhaustible-resource-area. Part 4:The suggestions of industry-structure-adjustment in exhaustible-resource-area. Part 5:How to choose the leading industries and adjust industrial structure in exhaustible-resource-area with an example of Fuxin . Part 6:conclusion and development.更多还原
