智能型箱式开关站的研制

【摘要】 本文在查阅大量文献资料的基础上,介绍了我国电网改造的现状及存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了智能型箱式开关站的设计思路。论文根据作者所在单位思达高科的实际情况,对箱式开关站的设计内容进行了详细地描述,特别是智能型箱式开关站的整体设计思路,涉及到一次、二次设备的内容,是生产这种产品的关键,也是本文论述的重点。由于箱式变电站的方案很多,对于不同的变电站,客户要求也不一样,所以本文对智能型箱式开关站的典型结构方案也给予了一定篇幅的介绍,并结合实际情况,对云南瑶山10kV箱式开关站的设计过程给予了介绍,最后对智能型箱式开关站作了性能分析。文中所述智能型箱式开关站,其外壳型钢经过热镀锌处理。主母线室置于箱体顶部一个单独的金属封闭的间隔内,并与10kV开关室、仪表室等间隔相互独立,为同类产品首创;这种结构可以防止内部电弧故障的扩大化,避免“火烧联营”事故;防护性能好,防潮、防小动物侵害、防积尘,运行可靠;由于母线室的隔热作用,为下层空间创造了一个较好的运行环境。另外我们生产的智能型箱式开关站采用了强制性的JSXGN型的机械闭锁;为了简化结构,提高可靠性,也对其进行了设计改进:增加了辅助开关,使其与隔离开关、接地开关的操作手柄为一体,并可在维护走廊对辅助开关进行检修;箱体的门板与隔离开关或接地开关之间也有连锁,只能在隔离开关打开后或接地开关闭合后,才能被打开;此结构也是本开关站所独有。二次系统采用分布式综合自动化系统,控制电源采用微机直流电源,具有结构合理、功能齐全、现场安装调试方便等特点。本文所述的箱式开关站非常适用于城乡35-110kV变电站或10kV开闭所,提高了供电可靠性,减少了占地面积,缩短了建站周期,降低了造价。满足了我国原电力部关于农村变电站建设本着“技术先进、造价低、安全可靠”的原则和“户外化、小型化”及“无人值班”的要求。
【Abstract】 Based on the literature reviewing, the current situation and existing problems are introduced. A design idea about intelligent box-type substation is proposed to solve the existing problems. According to the practical condition of STAR High-Tech, the design contents of box-type substation are described in very much detail, especially, the scheme design for intelligent box-type substation including the main equipments and auxiliary equipments is the key issue to manufacture this kind of product. It is also the key aspects of this paper. Because there are a lot of box-type substations proposals, for different substation, the customer requirements are different. The typical layout of intelligent box-type substation is also introduced. Based on the practical situation, the design for Yaoshan lOkv box-type substation, Yunnan, is presented. Finally, the performance of intelligent box-type substation is analyzed.The intelligent box-type substation is covered by zinc. The main bus is located in a room, separated with the lOkv switchgear. And the measurement room. It has advantages compared with the similar products. This layout can stop the internal arc fault expansion; can avoid harmful moisture, small animal and dusty interferences. It also has good perfomiance and high reliability. Because the heat cannot transmit to the outside of the bus room, a good operation environment for the low space can be obtained. In addition, the intelligent box-type substation use JSXGN type mechanical interlock. In order to simplify the structure, improve the reliability, the design is improved. An auxiliary switch is added, it is integrated with handler of the isolation switch, grounding switch. The maintenance for the auxiliary switch can be carried out in the maintenance room. There are interlock between the door and isolation switch or the grounding switch, only after the isolation switch is open or the grounding switch is closed, the door can be opened, It is the unique characteristics of the substation. The distributed complicated automation system is adopted. The power supply for the control system is the microprocessor controlled DC power supply. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, multi-functions and easy installation.The box-type substation can be widely used in 35-110kv or lOkv substation. It has high reliability and reduces the occupying land, shortens the construction period and reduces the cost. It is coincident with the requirements of the power industry ministry of China for the construction of countryside substation.
