【摘要】 我国城市化进程正在提速，随着城市新区开发和老区更新的成片进行，我们正面临着城市消退和城市趋同的问题。如何营建各具特色的城市格局和环境空间，是建筑创作和城市设计必须研究和解决的问题。 本课题试图通过对标志性建筑及其城市意象表现的分析研究，了解人们识别认知城市的规律，并从城市设计的角度，建立一个相关的框架体系，从而获得能指导我们建构城市空间的方法与原则。 标志性建筑是组织城市空间的框架，城市意象是人们对城市空间认知的心理图式。本文从研究标志性建筑的历史演进入手，详细分析了标志性建筑的四个特征(功能、形式、文化、时空特征)；深层次阐述了标志性建筑与四个城市意象要素(结点、道路、边界、区域)相结合的意象表现形态，以及高层建筑在城市认知意象和城市景观意象方面的重要意义。然后结合世界上四个著名城市：巴黎、北京、上海、柏林进行标志性建筑的意象建构分析。 最后，我们指出：标志性建筑的本质是以空间实体为依托的城市意象中的意象，它有赖于优良的城市设计来表达。标志性建筑应当遵循科学的建构原则：发展的原则；因地制宜的原则；以人为本的原则；生态的原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 The progress of urbanism is made faster and faster in China. In the explorations and reformations of cities,we confront the problems:the disappearing of cities and the cities being similar to each other. How can we construct the city’s structure and the environmental space with their characters? It is the problem we must study and resolve in the architecture design and urban design.The thesis tries to analyze and study the landmark building and its expression in the image of city,to get the regularity of cognition. By the view of urban design,we want to set up a framework and get the method and principle to direct us.The landmark building organize the city space,and the image of city is a psychological scheme in the mind when people cognize the city space. The article begins with the research of history of the development of landmark building,analyzes four characters of it(the character of functions fornu culture.,time and space)in detail;and describe the expression of landmark building in the image with the other four factors of image(node,path edge district). And the skyscraper is important for the cognition of city image and landscape of city image. After that,we analyze the construction of city image with four famous cities:Paris,Peking,Shanghai and Berlin.Finally,we point out:the essence of landmark building is the image in the image of city by the substance and space,and its expression is base on a good urban design. We should design and construct it by the principles as follow:development view;suit measures to local conditions;humanism;ecologism.更多还原
