医学影像设备的专用数字接口及网络技术研究

【摘要】 随着医学影像设备在临床辅助诊断的作用越来越突出,它们产生的信息特别是图像信息成为医院信息中的重要部分。如何有效地管理好、保存好、利用好这些信息成为国内外相关医务工作者、影像设备生产商、系统集成工作者研究的热门课题。本论文主要为网络化、数字化管理存储医学影像信息提供一定的解决方案,在深入研究医学影像设备专用于网络通信的数字接口服从的DICOM3.0标准协议的基础上,用面向对象的编程方法实现了医学影像设备的DICOM通信接口,并探讨了医学影像存档与传输系统PACS的模块化设计思想,并对论文工作的前景及研究方向进行了展望。 本论文主要研究利用医学影像设备提供的符合DICOM3.0标准的专用数字接口对医学影像设备进行网络连接技术。在深入研究DICOM3.0标准的基础上,用面向对象的设计方法在Visual C++环境下实现了DICOM网络通信,将医学影像设备中的数字图像信息无失真地传输到通用计算机,并结合数据库技术,将影像及相关信息资料进行有效的数字化存储和使用。特别是,在DICOM3.0标准通信技术研究的基础上,研究了医学影像存档与传输系统PACS的设计思想,将DICOM3.0标准研究的成果转化为实用的集网络通信、数据库和媒质存档、图像浏览和后处理的功能为一体的软件模型。 经实践证明,本论文的研究工作,有利于医生结合多种影像诊断技术的优势,提高对病情诊断的精确性;有助于医生的教学工作与交流。在本论文研究技术的基础上建立的网络系统,能为医院提高工作效率,节省大量的费用。

【Abstract】 With the increasing application of medical imaging equipment in bedside aided diagnose, the information especially image information they produce is becoming the more important part in hospital information. How to do well in managing the information, saving the information, using the information is becoming the hot research topic among those medical workers, medical equipment manufacturers at abroad and home. The thesis provides a solution for managing and saving image information digitally in the network. On the basis of thorough study of DICOM 3.0 protocol which is medical imaging equipment’s network communication, we implement DICOM communication with object-oriented method and discuss the modularizing design of picture archiving and communicating system in medicine, then prospect the development and application for the research.The thesis makes a study of networking technique of medical equipment on the conformant DICOM 3.0 implementation provided by them. On the basis of deep DICOM 3.0 study, We make a software implementation of DICOM 3.0 networking communication on the Visual C++ platform with the object-oriented method. We can transfer lossless digital image and other related information from medical equipment to common computers. Then combining the technique of database we can save the information effectively and make good use of it. Particularly we discuss the design of picture archiving and communication system in medical application after the realization of DICOM 3.0 networking communication. We construct a software model with the functions of network communicating, database archiving and image displaying and processing.After the practical testing, the research work of the thesis is proved to be helpful to improve the doctors’ diagnose on taking full advantage of medical imaging equipment. It can help the studying and exchanging of doctors. What’s more, the network system on the technique of the research can help the hospitals to improve their efficiency and save the cost.
